It was a very good experience, clean rooms, good food and the receptionists especially Mr Jesse . Will definitely come back .customer care is top notch we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely get back soon since this is now like our second home .

I am a repeat guest here and stay at least a week or longer. Cannot get in touch with the General Manager, Mr. Joseph Ngari or the owner. There is ALWAYS a problem with my room. Rooms are NEVER thoroughly checked prior to guest‘s arrival. This time, TV does not work, the lock on the door does not work. Do not disturb light goes out once you leave your room! Someone can enter room when you are there! I wish to contact management ASAP. Thank you.

Amazing oasis in Kampala. The hotel complex wowed is from arrival to departure. Stunning ground, rooms, restaurants, and the best staff! We were tested to 5 star accommodation, 5 star dining, and 5 star service from begining to end. Le Petit is to Kampala what Raffles is to Singapore.

This hotel was the ideal place to rest after several days of safari. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff; they were always ready to help you with a smile. The spacious, bright room was beautifully decorated, and had a modern bathroom with all necessities. The hotel has numerous facilities that suit everyone's needs; a day at the pool, relaxing in the spa, or a work-out in the gym. In the cozy restaurants and bars on the domain we could enjoy a refined breakfast, refreshing cocktails and delicious lunch and dinners. The central location of this hotel offers the advantage of being close to everything, but does not disturb the peaceful a**osphere in the hotel. Definitely recommended!

This hotel is an oasis in the true sense of the word. You'll look forward to getting back when you've been out and it will leave you so well fed and rested that you'll be ready to take on Kampala again the next day. The receptionists are exceptional, and Shillah even more so. They define the term concierge and never once failed us and our multitude of queries on local culture, dos and don'ts, and must see places. The staff at La Pâtisserie are fantastic and always add to the ever pleasant dining experience. The rooms are incredible. They are modern, clean, and spacious. Moreover, they are wrapped in tranquil, manicured gardens. I spent my birthday here and the pleasant little surprises from the hotel didn't seem to stop. I felt special in a very special place.

What a perfect launching off and returning to after our amazing trip put together by BIC Tours. My wife and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary. The accommodations were spot on and the deep-tissue massage best ever. Highly recommend Lepetit Village Hotel and Spa. Jonathan H.

This review is for the hotel and main restaurant. The standard rooms here are mostly comfortable. One of the room's air con I stayed in was not strong enough and given that you do not get a top bed sheet (a common practice these days), I had to constantly flip the comforter off and on. The second room's shower faucet was not operating optimally as I was not able to get the rain shower fully working. The garbage can had not been emptied before I arrived and to be honest, the nice bathrobes provided did not look crisp and just laundered (my impression only). Other than that, the room was comfortable and mostly quiet except for occasional street sounds (to be expected given the location of the hotel) and conversations of staff outside. WiFI dropped off from time to time. Food at restaurant is OK. The "grilled" halloumi and vegetable skewers featured breaded deep fried halloumi, so not as described. The Sunday brunch had limited fresh fruits and unconvincing pastries/viennoiseries - not good value for vegetarians. Breakfast service was quite slow, taking up to 25 minutes for coffee and 30+ for eggs. Front desk was helpful and courteous but faced challenges such as making key cards and producing acceptable receipts. I chose this hotel because of its location but would reconsider for future visits.

We had an amazing, unforgettable stay at Le Petit Village! The rooms were comfortable, stylish, and well-appointed, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the grounds are just stunning. Le Petit Village is truly an oasis of calm and comfort in Kampala. We spent an entire day at the spa and had some amazing massages and other trea**ents, and also enjoyed several of the restaurants on site, the pool, and the gym. It was a great home base in Kampala, and extremely convenient as everything we needed was right there. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Kampala, and we hope to be back again soon!

Indeed le petit village is 5 star hotel, everything is elegant I will definitely come back for to enjoy Le chateau’s steak, I remember one guy supervisor Le chateau Abed recommend a steak that I have never tasted any where and indeed it was yummy. Big Thanks to that guy is so hospitable and professional
