集安是個乾淨整潔的城市，但是這個賓館真是太差了，一下降低了這個城市的好印象，首先賓館的價格貴到離譜，一個晚上小四百，房間小的連轉身都費勁，充電需要把電話放枕頭上，本該一次性的拖鞋，居然反覆使用，毛巾硬的像銼刀一樣，特別離譜的事，晚上十一點半想要洗澡，沒有熱水，前台居然告之該時段是用水高峯，讓明天早上洗,更奇葩的是讓我一直放水，需要等40分鐘或者更久才能有熱水，拒不承認自己的淋浴器出現了問題。全程態度惡劣。真是爛透了！還有就是它家的位置居然在垃圾站旁邊，想去集安的朋友一定要避雷躲開它家

還不錯，房間不多，很幽靜，懷舊風格建築，其實是2016年建設的。圖片後面是街景。集安小城很整潔，很不錯，火盆很好吃。

帶兩個孩子入住，酒店衹給提供一套被，溝通不順暢，態度惡劣，環境一般，不值得入住，勸大家慎重，別後悔！特別後悔的一次選擇。對集安很失望！

整體不太滿意，衞生間沒有洗澡的拖鞋，衹有地巾，也沒有浴帽，洗澡熱水也不太夠用，洗着洗着就沒有了，房間內沒有衣櫃，也沒有衣服掛，無法話掛衣服，牙刷兩衹都是同一個顏色，這些細節讓不滿不斷的累積。還有我在攜程訂的，已經信用付款付過了，到店還收了我兩間房共400的按金，第二天早上才退給我，講真，現在已經很少有這樣的操作了。退房時服務員還去樓上檢查了一下才給我退按金，我就想知道他家可拆卸能帶走的物品加一起有沒有價值超過30塊錢？無品牌的酒店還無服務？希望老闆自己體驗一下自己的酒店，提高一下服務，不要當甩手掌櫃

網上圖片與酒店實際差別很大衞生很差還留有之前客人用過的物品沒有拖鞋後提供一次性拖鞋還是別人用過的隔音不好房間很小大床是兩個單人床拼的
