Very comfortable hotel, large rooms, great location good restaurant food. However best thing were the friendly and very helpful staff,. I would especially mention Maria, the chief receptionist and her team. I discovered that her full name is Maria del Carmen Clavijo Ramirez. She was not only really friendly, thoughtful and kind whilst I stayed there in late May, but also helped me get some clothes I had forgotten back to the UK through a local company. Only stayed 2 nights as part of an Andalusian tour but found the rooms very comfortable. The food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner. Lobby bar had a good ambience and an excellent range of spirits, wines and beer. All staff I encountered were friendly.
