Service is good, but the tv is not on

the hotel looks so fine. i like the smell of the room, bed cover and towels, but the AC kinda old and it takes time to make the room cool. the bfast is good.

The most wonderful vacation! Luxury all the way and SERVICE that you won’t find anywhere else. We were taken to our own private dock by boat upon arrival. Our room was set up with fresh guacamole, welcome drinks and they had made pillows with each of our 3 kids’ names monogrammed on them! Personal touches like this will not be forgotten. The breakfast was great and tasty with many varieties. I love the spacy room . though it was quite a view from the room. the staffs very helpful & friendly especially Nina ,Definitely would be here with more crowds for a staycation!

I had a great stay there, and special mention to Lesmana and Mega for helping me with a situation. They worked so hard to help me. Also, i had left my Ipad in the room upon checking out, and thanksfully the honest staff at housekeeoing found it and made sure was returned to me. Thanks again will be booking again for september on my next trip to jakarta

We stayed 1 night in this hotel. Located far from the main road, but near Kelapa Gading & Sunter. The room is clean with standard size. They have a big hall beside the hotel. The staffs are kind and help us a lot while staying there.

The lobby looks very new. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious but gives you an “old room” vibe. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The room design just didn’t suit me. I would have preferred no TV than the tv in a tv wooden cabinet that was in the room. I loved the view from my room, though. And breakfast selection was decent.

The night receptions was not very helpful, when we checked in, our key card had a problem getting into the lift so we couldn't go up. Then he used his master card to access the upper floors. We asked him how we would get into the room if our key card didn't work? He said, it's just a problem with the lift key card not the room, even though it's on the lift access but we need the access renewed. When we arrived at the door, the card could not open the door. We had go to lobby again to get a new room key card. There was no apology from the reception staff at that time.

The hotel room is a bit small, there are shopping malls around it, no towels and bath towels are provided, a deposit is required, the floor is a bit dirty, the quilt and sheets are a bit dirty, the pillows are relatively clean.

Didn’t really like this place . Ok for local people I guess but why stay here when you can stay at a real hotel for a tiny bit more. Room is. Small and there is nothing in the area in walking distance
