房間大，裏伊東火車站步行10分鐘以內，交通方便。晚餐還比較豐富，早餐實在一般。性價比總體不錯。

近くに用事があったので2日前に急遽予約した。11500円だったので全く期待していなかった。 バイキング形式の食事も、サザエや ホタテ を自分で網焼きしたり、牛肉のステーキも柔らかく美味しい。デザート、アイス、ソフトクリーム、フルーツも食べきれないほど種類がある。女性は嬉しい。 お風呂も深夜の2～3時以外は利用できるので、事情がある人にはありがたいのでは・・ お部屋も普通にきれいにお掃除してあり、不快な思いはしなかった。 年配の親切なスタッフが頼もしい。 浴衣や歯ブラシはチェックイン時に、フロントから忘れずに自分で持っていく事。

部屋が汚すぎる。ホコリ天国 簡単な掃除が何故出来ないの？ Googleで口コミを書いてもすぐに消されてしまうなぜなぜ昔はかわりょうは伊東で1.2を争う大変人気のあるホテルでしたそれが今では見る影もありません

大晦日から二泊三日で利用しましたが、二日ともビュッフェのお料理が全く同じでした。二日とも全く同じメニューはここが初めてで、コロナ禍といえどもやる気なさ過ぎだと思います。そして施設が古いのは仕方ないとしても、メンテナンスと清掃は必要ではないでしょうか。プールの更衣室のロッカー等もボロボロのままでしたし、お部屋のトイレも臭いが…。夫が小学校の時に来た時からリニューアルしてないようです。駅から近く、ロケーションだけは良かったです。

良かった点は食事の種類が豊富で美味しかった事ですが、
非常に残念だったのは利用した部屋はカーテンがあちこち外れたままの状態で、旅館ではありえないのでは？そして埃が溜まって掃除が行き届いていなかった事。スタッフの人達の対応は良かったです。
宿泊料金が安かったので、そういう部屋になってしまったのか・・・。
