Where to begin? The thermostat was broken so the flat was either freezing or else the radiators were so hot that it was dangerous to be around them. We have a 20 month old which makes it even more dangerous. The counters were dirty, the living room smells like an ashtray, there were stains on the carpets and couch, the curtains were worn out and sagging so A LOT of light came through, the chain lock on the front door was broken, there were no trash cans in the bedrooms or bathrooms, there was no where to hang towels up (or anything else) in the bathrooms or bedrooms and our concerns were not appropriately taken care of by the management. Also, we received a parking ticket wile parked in our "free parking" that we now have to spend time on disputing.
