General impression of the hotel was good, rooms clean and comfortable, food of a reasonable standard. What spoilt the stay was how unfriendly the management were at the reception and in the restaurant. We stayed half board and on our first night went into the restaurant for dinner. The waitress asked our room number and led us to a table with a different number on it. The restaurant manager came over and loudly asked us to leave claiming we only had a breakfast booking. We pointed out he was wrong and that we were half board and he went away to check leaving us standing in the middle of the restaurant with everyone looking at us thinking we had done wrong. Eventually he came back and without apology said we were right and pointed us to sit at a different table. The whole attitude of the restaurant manager was wrong and unfriendly and throughout our stay felt sour. On two nights drink items were also added to our bill incorrectly.

Half of the staff was very unfriendly, but the management / the owners are even worse. They are very rude and inappropriate. The hotel itself was fine, good breakfast and ok dinner (except for the very small portions / no vegetarian options), but because of such bad management i would never recommend it. Such a disappoin**ent!

The staff in the hotel were great and the rooms, service and food were generally excellent. The problem was with the management who were very rude on checkout. This was down to an error by the travel agents and nothing to do with us. It was resolved in a couple of hours with a phone call or two, but we received no apology from the hotel management. Despite the nice staff, the attitude of the management would prevent me from staying there again.

The breakfast and dinner service exceeded my expectations and the daily servicing of our room was excellent. However, these positives were far outweighed by the rude attitude of the management when I came to check out. Whilst I was patiently and calmly explaining an error on my invoice the manager continuously talked loudly over the top of me, refusing to listen. After about 30 minutes the penny finally dropped and my invoice was corrected, but the manager continued to have a bad attitude. No apology was offered at the time, and when I emailed afterwards to ask for an apology, none was given. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels where guest are treated with respect and courtesy, whereas at the Gramaser it seems guests are an irritation to management. Sort out your customer service attitude!

I can not recommend this hotel. We came with close friends and booked 10 rooms the last weekend of the season. The staff was overall rude and tired. We felt as if we where more problems than paying guests. Why accept a big group when you don’t want guests. Please work on your service level!!!

Slecht hotel. Terwijl het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam is, zijn de uitbaters/eigenaars het allesbehalve. Gastvrijheid staat niet in hun woordenboek. Ze snauwen je af, zijn bijzonder onvriendelijk (nooit meegemaakt) en uiten voortdurend kritiek op de gasten. Eigenaars spenderen hele dag aan de ingang om hotelgasten te controleren. Kom je eens teveel binnen of ga je eens teveel buiten, dan snauwen ze je af. Kamer (single met stevige toeslag) was de naam niet waardig. Ik kon er amper mijn valies op de grond in kwijt. De kamer leek eerder op een ingemaakte kast. De mini badkamer is afgesloten met een glazen deur en voorzien van automatisch licht. Telkens je ‘s nachts opstaat, is de hele kamer verlicht en moet je 5 minuten wachten alvorens licht weer uitgaat. De parking is ‘valet parking’ niet omwille van de extra dienst doch eerder omdat ze niet willen dat je ziet hoe je auto er wordt geparkeerd. De dag van vertrek kwam de eigenaar me verwijten dat mijn auto andere auto’s blokkeerde en dat hij de sleutel niet meer vond. Ik had mijn auto en sleutel al 4 dagen niet meer gezien. Uiteindelijk bleek de sleutel gewoon bij hen aan de receptie te liggen. Gewoon vermijden, dit ‘hotel’.

Siamo stati in questo hotel sperando di passare qualche giorno da trascorrere le nostre vacanze l’hotel era veramente bello pulito anche il cibo servito nel loro ristorante era di alto livello ma ci siamo trovati perplessi per il pagamento che ci hanno fatto pagare una card per le funivie ecc non dicendoci che avrebbe avuto un costo importante per il nostro soggiorno anche la tariffa giornaliera non ci è sembrata congrua a quello che ci avevano detto al check in comunque anche la spa doveva essere inclusa ma non funzionante o comunque nessuno ci ha indicato dove fosse e come funzionasse sicuramente non torneremo più Prezzi molto alti

Ich war jetzt die 24te Saison in Ischgl und zugleich im Hotel Gramaser der Familie Ganahl. Diese Saison schaffte ich 3 Besuche, einmal als Paar im Dezember, einmal als Herrenausflug im März und einmal als Paar mit Freunden zum Closing. Daher auch der Titel meiner Bewertung "Alle guten Dinge sind Hotel Gramaser...ähhh, drei!" Hatte, wie auch die Mitreisenden, jederzeit tolle Erlebnisse durch die direkte Lage zum Zentrum und Liftanlagen, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Man fühlt sich auch wie bei Freunden aufgehoben, durch das familiär geführte Hotel und seinem eingespielten Team mit schönen Zimmern und mehr als überzeugende Qualität der Kulinarik, durch Pati und seinem Team. Ich empfinde auch das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis für Ischgl mehr als in Ordnung. Daher werde ich wohl, ach was sage ich, sicher auch in meiner 25 Saison im Hotel Gramaser meine Nächte verbringen.

Hochklassige Kochkunst vom Feinsten. Das Essen war ein Genuss, es war zauberhaft angerichtet und alles hat köstlich geschmeckt. Wir saßen abends auf der wunderschönen Sonnenterrasse, welche mit Heizstrahlern ausgestattet ist, es war sehr gemütlich und der Service war perfekt. Tolle Gastgeber, die ihr Handwerk verstehen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen und die feine Küche.
