The room is great . And there are a lot of places you can find some fun in the hotel. The only thing I wanna complain is the reception. When you check in , they won't introduce you anything. Everything you have to ask yourself. And after I checked out I couldn't call a taxi and I asked the reception if they could help and they refused.

Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

Meraki resort is an amazing hotel that exceeded all my expectations. This hotel is only for an adults, which is a big plus. There are amazing parties every day and the best animation team takes care of the fun. I definitely recommend going to the BoatParty as well. The staff is also very nice and everyone is very helpful. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I have been to Meraki twice already and certainly not the last time. I'm already looking forward to being back.

Neverland ( jungle aqua park ) It was one of my best resort from 15 years ago , I been there more than 30 times , last two years each time I been there I find magic , we can’t say renovation or upgrade but magic , The aqua park is triple the size , there is elevators on all games , there is parts for kids and adults and art room for drawing , play station , fun is the only you do from the early morning till you go to sleep , the latest upgrade was the midway which is amusement park for after sunset activity with plenty of games all included in your Stay , even they don’t forget cotton candy and pop corn all the time , ice cream , crepe , waffle , The restaurant every where , I can’t say how many , because I don’t have time to attended all of them , but more than 12 restaurant and cafe , I am trying to look for missing item but there is only perfection , There was a bike for whole family riding together in new style bike can be used by all family Thank you Mr kamel Abou Ali the owner of pick Albatros , Your are magician in your field , you know how to make people happy ,

This hotel is the king of value for money in Egypt. The hotel is very large and has six or seven restaurants, where you can eat for free, and all drinks, drinks and juices are free. Has its own beach where you can snorkel. The pool temperature was also good. They are all European and American, and very few Chinese people look alike. The hotel does not have slippers and toothbrushes, but call housekeeping and they will send them to you. The service is also good. If you want to upgrade your room, you can ask them to upgrade it. Because the hotel is very big and there are many empty rooms in the off-season, they will usually agree. Originally we were going to stay in another hotel, but the price of the other hotel increased a lot temporarily, so we stayed in this one. It was very happy, cheap and fun, and there were six restaurants with lots of food.

Checking in felt great! Hygienic and clean, complete facilities, friendly staff, rich breakfast. The hotel is 2-3 kilometers away from the main commercial street, and the private beach is only for hotel guests. It is said online that the hotel is relatively old, but in fact the quality is there and can be ignored for the most part. The price/performance ratio is also high. It is recommended to choose it!

The room was very beautiful and the manager upgraded the room type for us free of charge. This hotel is really worth recommending because 3 meals are all-inclusive and the food is very rich. We were given a fine dining restaurant experience late on Valentine's Day. Overall it was great 👍 Come back next time!

The most beautiful sunrise on the Red Sea, just to the east of the golf course to see the seaside, don't miss it at 6:20 in the morning. The hotel service is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic, the guy at the front desk agreed to continue playing in the pool after checking out at 12 o'clock, very considerate. Rich breakfast and dinner, hotel decoration is very new, will come back

You can check in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and it won't work for a few minutes. Booked two rooms!! 5209/5207! The male waiter in the room was very bad and was badly smashed into the pit! We didn't find the lack of bathroom towels and towels in the room. It wasn't until the male waiter sent it that he knew that it was worth less to fill the pot. As a result, this person inquired about the guests staying for a few people and staying for a few days. The mistakes in the work made up the mistakes of the guests, but they still wanted the guests – a little girl gave a tip, as a man, it was really stinky! Later, the door couldn’t open and ask him, actually said no. Know! This waiter hastened to fire! After a few passes, I saw him sneaking around. We received a warm welcome at the hotel and this continued for the whole two weeks that we were there, all of the staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble for them. We did not have a refurbished room but it was kept spotlessly clean every day (thank you Hassam) with a nice view of the beach. We requested a room near the main facilities because my husband cannot walk very well and this room (235) was ideal for reaching the restaurants, beach and pool. Each time we entered the buffet we would be greeted by Nada who was always cheerful.The food in the buffet was ok we managed to find something at each meal for us which is rare as we have one plain only food eater and a vegetarian in our family. It would have been helpful if there was a label indicating the suitable for vegetarians options though. When my husband was struggling to carry his plate and walk to our table one of the waiters would rush to help him even Yasser the manager helped him on many occasions and was very friendly and kind which we were grateful for as he was very busy every day checking that everything was perfect in all of the restaurants and bars. We visited the Elia restaurant a couple of times the meals were very nice so thank you David for making our visits there so enjoyable. I couldn’t sleep very well because for some strange reason people in the rooms around us insisted on slamming their doors shut at all hours so I used to go to the beach early each day before breakfast,Taha and Muhammad would put up a couple of wind breaks around a pair of sun beds for me and I was able to lye in peace in the shade listening to the waves instead of the bang, bang, bang of the doors. There was never any trouble getting a sun bed at the beach throughout the day but it was January so I’m not sure what it would be like in summer. Similarly around the pool there were usually beds free throughout the day, the pool itself was nice and warm and we enjoyed sitting at one of the tables enjoying the view and having a drink at the pool bar. Unfortunately I managed to get a heat rash even though the temperature was only in the 70s I was chatting to Gomaa who works to keep the grounds looking so lovely and he advised me that the pharmacist across the road from the hotel would be able to help me and thankfully they did. We had three massages each at the spa during our stay the price was very reasonable, we also used the sauna and hot tub which was free. We used the gym which was well equipped and the staff helpful. We also enjoyed playing pool each day on one of the three pool tables at the hotel. A couple of days before we left we used the laundry offer Amear did a fantastic job our clothes were washed, ironed and folded so beautifully that we just put them straight into our cases. It was our first time at the Sunrise but now we know why so many people return here we had a wonderful time despite the door
