I always stay at Pacific Monarch.
This condo is great.
However, 901 is a private unit.
It's poorly maintained, with two pigeons living behind the air conditioner and the lanai covered in droppings.
They also get into the room.
There are swarms of ants in the kitchen.
The interior lock has been removed and can't be locked.
The shower is broken and the handle has fallen off.
When I reported this, they apparently broke in and fixed the shower while I was away during the day, and the screwdriver had left it behind.
I was disgusted and moved to another hotel for the second half of the night.
There was also no extra toilet paper.
They said they wouldn't change my towels for nine days.
Worst ever.
