The room is clean and not far from shopping street. There is no laundry in the hotel. But overall are excellent

The hotel welcomes you with a pleasant scent as soon as you enter. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for Japan and beautifully designed. The onsen is also very aesthetic, making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay, with an excellent location close to everything.

Perfect for a short trip. Just a stone throw away from public transport, malls and Teramachi. Can walk to pontocho alley, kumo river and even Gion. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, only a few minutes’ walk from Kyoto Station. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcome. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would happily come back again)

很乾凈，服務員態度也極好。我們早上從神户酒店郵寄了行李箱到這裏，晚上checkin時已經把行李箱送到了房間。酒店2樓有湯池，晚上回來可以泡湯。還有自動售賣機可以買水。
周邊步行至河源町商圈以及鴨川都很方便。最讚的還是酒店的日式早餐，非常好吃。下次來還會選擇這裏。

酒店就在市中心，離花見小路，鴨川一步之遙，二年阪三年阪，清水寺也很近。房間的空間對於日本的酒店來説已經很大了。日本的服務沒的説，態度熱情周到。旁邊還有平價超市和24小時本地人超市，超級方便。
