We booked the deluxe room, it is small as typical hk 4 stars hotels. When we got the room, the toilet bowl wasn’t clean, some poop spots there, called the service, they said will come and clean but we left the room around 45 mins, the housekeeping hasn’t arrived. The next morning, I called service for 5 times then they picked up. Otherwise the location is in the heart of mongkok, is consider good but due to the slow economy of HK now, many shops around there closes early as compared to the prime time before covid. The Ming Court is still good, can go there for their dim sums and Cantonese food. The ground floor staffs are good, helpful and able to help us in where we wana go by getting taxi for us. The Hollywood cafe nearby serves very nice condensed milk butter buns.

My stay at Hotel Icon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had no trouble sleeping at all. One of the things I appreciated most about the hotel was the availability of a printer in my room. This was a lifesaver, as I needed to print some important documents for work. Another thoughtful touch was the drinking water dispenser in the room. This was much more convenient and environmentally friendly than providing bottled water. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the minibar was completely free. This is a first for me, and I was delighted to be able to enjoy a few drinks without worrying about the additional costs. Overall, my stay at Hotel Icon was truly exceptional. The staff were excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Hong Kong.

It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

The transportation is very convenient. It is very close to Exit C and D of Yau Ma Tei MTR. The hotel is 30 to 40 meters away from the main road of Nathan Road, so it is not noisy. There are many restaurants nearby. The front desk service is considerate and courteous, and can switch between various languages ​​freely. Although the room is not big, it is very clean. My wife and I really loved the stay at EATON, the location was really convenient, so many transit options and good access on foot to the neighbourhood around Mongkok and Temple st. The room was really cosy and everything was well thought out. Loved the atmosphere of the food hall too, it is a bonus to have such great quality of food stalls right at the hotel before heading out to explore in the afternoon. Definitely make the effort to take the star ferry to enjoy the harbour views too. Highly recommend the Eaton and will definitely return next time heading back into HK. Thank you to all the staff for such great hospitality.

AMAZING SHOWER☺️. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. (It's a long story)A special thank you to Suenn🥰 Also, there's a superb restaurant next to the 7-11 two minute walk from hotel. We ate there twice during our two day stay-Charon. Ease hotel was in a very good location in HK. Walking distance to the MTR station. Check in was fast and smooth. The counter staff was kind enough to give me an upgrade to Seaview room upon request. In room WIFI was OK. Room was small, clean and no bad odor upon entering. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on and the bedsheet was really clean. 2 pillows and a small cushion was provided for each twin bed. The room aircon was not noisy as some reviews had mentioned. The 2 service lifts were fast. Room card was required to access to each lift level which provide good security. However, there were 2 flaws. Firstly, the housekeeping was done very early ard 8 to 9am. The auntie knock on our door when me and my mum was still sleeping then. This is the first hotel that I stayed where housekeeping start so early. Usually should be done in the late morning or early afternoon when nobody is in the room already. Secondly, the toilet basin was too small and not user friendly. Luggage storage was before 11.59pm on the day when you check out. We collected ours ard 10pm and the uncle from the hotel is very friendly. To conclude, I will still consider to stay in this hotel next time if coming back to HK. As it's still worth the price and quality if based on location. Unless you are someone who is bothered by the room size.

first off, it's an aparthotel with generous room size, the building is well maintained and private, you can't get any more comfortable than this compare to all the accommodations available at the similar price range. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, basic daily fresh towels, mineral waters supply, a cosy share lounge with refreshments on the 1st floor next to the reception office, which offer additions space to work if you don't feel like getting out. It's a perfect option for both short and extended stay definitely. the area is also full of hidden gems and surprises for both locals and tourists, with temple st night market and Nathan road just around the corner. If anything to complain, perhaps the lower floor might be a bit noisy during the day when traffic is heavy. otherwise, I'd say it's the best home away from home.

Many Hong Kong residents are unethical and never clean up their personal garbage and food waste after using the public kitchen. Instead, the next user has to clean it up for them. The location is great just next door to Tin Hua temple. 5min walking to exit C of Yau ma tei MTR Since it was decorated with carpet I belive it collect quite amount of dust that make my little daughter keep coughing due to allergy. For adult it's fine. They made up bed and refill water 2 bottles a day throughout our stay. We booked queen bed with 2 adults and a 4-year-old kid, they upgrade us to family room with free of charge. Bathroom is small but not that tiny till you feel un comfortable, with this price rate I personnaly think it's fair enough.

Bridal tea house being the cheapest quarantine hotel in Hong Kong, I didn’t expect much. The room was very small, the single beds were very narrow and the wood structure is fixed on the wall so pushing the two beds together wasn’t an option. They did provide some boxed drinks which is good. The overall condition of the room was acceptable, again it’s the cheapest Q hotel in town. Food is not bad overall, but hk quarantine meals are notoriously unappetizing anyways LOL. However, the major issues were: 1) the wifi disconnect itself every hour so it’s kinda annoying that you have to reconnect every hour even when you are actively using the internet. But the speed is not too bad. 2) The room does not have a fridge! 3) They send 2 meals a day instead of 3 as promoted online. For breakfast they provided a bag of pre packaged cakes and that’s it. But this doesn’t really bother me, but I think it could be a deal breaker for some.

From exit C go to straight until you find Bank of China then turn right. Then walk until you find King Star Commercial Centre, go I side there because this hostel at level 2.
