"Wow" that's what I and all my friends said when we saw the room. The view was spectacular. Mr. Kelvin responds really timely. Very helpful and accommodating. We stayed one night only, but we wished to stay longer. The area is accessible, can walk to Petronas twin tower. All in all, we recommend the place. Until next time.

Before booking this vortex hotel, there was a feeling of worry because we came from far away and brought children, but when we checked in, we found out that this vortex hotel is very comfortable, clean and complete, all the facilitators are there, it is located in the middle of the city and the price is reasonable ready to have a discount if you extend how many more days for our family, very helpful for me and my family and thank you also Mr. Kelvin helped a lot while we were there.

Stayed two nights with my family. Very nice apar**ent with a great view. Well equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, mattresses etc. Contact the property around 1 day before your day for a straightforward check-in experience

Check in was really smooth. The staff were really helpful during the check in process and even contact me first to make to that guest have a great experience. Location wise is great and the place is superb. The check out process also really easy as the staff will guide you beforehand and brief us during checking in for a smooth checking out process. Superb host and great place.

Not a good place for you to stay for take a tour around Kuala Lumpur. Location is near around 1km to KLCC but no view for swimming pool background KLCC. Pool at floor 6 & have to pay for rm20 per individual. Have to also pay for parking spot. Lot of additional fee. Not recommended if you want to stay & take beautiful view of KL. Actually no great view at all this location.

We booked last minute, the host was very understanding and helpful to explain the procedures. The location is very strategic, price is lower than other places nearby with Rm400 refundable deposit. Parking were plenty, flat rate rm20 for 24hour. The apar**ent was comfortable and clean too. Overall very satisfying 😊😊

The location is good and the checking -in is fast. We did not have to wait for long for us to checked in even though we did not informed earlier. Kelvin is very helpful and attended to our needs very fast. Only the parking charges are on the high side if you drive on your own/ renting a car. Overall, it makes our stay eventful n I would not mind to stay at vortex next time in KL. ThNk you guys..
