The check in was very fast and swift. Cindy was very helpful on K11 watsapp. Location and view was awesome. It was fantastic holiday at k11 and very convenient shopping and food mall just down to B2. I will definitely come back and stay at K11 Artus again.

Location is great as it is just opposite harbour city and near to metro station. Hotel staff from reception assisting me for checking in and out or the concierge helping me to get a taxi, all attended to me with a big smile. Will return again if I'm in hk.

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

The location is amazing! Love it. Service is pretty bad. Sent an email to them 2 days prior my stay. Till the end of my 6 days stay, there is no reply. I was seeking for help for my Macau travel. The lady at the concierge was impatient and replied “Best not to go via that route if you haven’t purchased the ticket” and went to assist another customer. So if you are an experienced traveller in HK and doesn’t not need any direction, this is still a good location.
HK has a new rule, they will not replenished any shower gel & amenities etc. I stayed there for 6 days with a friend. I have to bathe with shampoo as there is no shower gel left (it was less filled) on the last day and I am unable to open the lid to mix with water. So I will recommend only if you stay for less than 6 days.
I didn’t read the fine prints. We have to pay extra to use the gym. So if gym is a must, do consider other hotels available. It is HKD $80 per pax.

This hotel is well situated by the MTR and shopping area. Although the decor isn't my style, the room is extremely clean and a good size for 2 people. Breakfast at the hotel is also excellent. The hotel is a good value compared to like kind hotels in TST.

The hotel is aging, but it's overall ok. I didn't like that the curtains let in light, even at night. The bathroom sliding doors have gaps, so a lot of light comes out of the bathroom and you can see into the bathroom from the side. The toilets flush is noisy and not efficiently. The AC is a bit noisy but it works ok. To me the room had a slight smell.
The location isn't really vert close to the TST East subway station.
The service was friendly and responsive to any requests. The room provides 2 cans of water for free everyday.

The place is clean and very convenient. 10/10 for the location, easy access for the MTR’s and bus. Service is four only because it’s a bit hard communicating with them at the front desk and no sofa to sit while waiting. Near to the mall as well.

Location is just in front of Tsim sha Tsui MTR exit A, 2mins walk to Victoria harbour where the ferry to Macau (china ferry kowloon) is located and avenue of stars. Accessible wherever u wanna go, 2 stops away from central and mong kok.Surrounded with malls. The mansion is beside thebodyshop store. Lift might be quite slow as the building is old. There are a lot of options for food stalls outside , esp for filipinos, Jollibee is just 2 mins aways. Service is amazing, got free upgrade of room, Mia And Nikki was extremely hospitable and helpful. Room was fully equipped, got free water which is replenished daily, room is small but clean. Most importantly the place is safe! Highly recommend!!!!

I recently stayed at Hotel ICON in Hong Kong, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. I particularly loved the panoramic views of Victoria Harbour – waking up to that stunning sight was a dream come true. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room’s design and amenities was impressive.
The hotel’s facilities were outstanding. The rooftop pool was a highlight – a serene oasis with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary refreshments.
Dining at Hotel ICON was another standout. The breakfast buffet at The Market offered an incredible variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. I also enjoyed the innovative and fresh dishes at Above & Beyond, which paired beautifully with the stunning view.

Jjust be happy♥️This hotel is awesome,big and most of all spacious. Also the staffs are very friendly🫶 and welcoming. The only thing that we don’t like are the bars at the bottom of the hotel, they are so noisy when you pass by and the smell are awful.
The location is like on the top and sometimes we are get tired of reaching it. Our daughter loves the bed ＜so much＞ because it is big qnd clean! We won’t forget the free tea,cup cakes,drinks ＜coffee,soda&water＞ 🤩🇵🇭

GGuest UserThe room is VERY CLEAN and comfortable cozy once you're inside. You have a VERY QUIET comfortable private space of your own once inside. All amentities were included : showgel, brushes, blowdryer, mini fridge, tea kettle n all(even washing service). The wall plugs were the traveller-friendly type w/ usb charger in them, one can just plug-in all your phone devices n electronic gadgets in them and start charging. The air conditioning and the cleaniness made the room felt comfortable cozy inside.
The atmosphere is very warm n home-like in this hostel with helpful staffs. They provided free washing service and managed to give back the washed clothes. The doors have two levels (front door, then your room door) and uses digital-number entry(not the swipe card type), cameras are everywhere in hallway, you feel safer inside. Location is just at the heart of the city central from everywhere (main shopping, food, main tourist sites) by foot, just 1min walk right outside the T.S.T main A1 exit, you won't miss it.
Greatest affordable Value overall for the great central location, cleaniness n comfortableness of rooms inside, n warm overall environment w/ helpful attentive staff inside. Would Definitely book this place again.!

GGuest UserThe location is on the side of Nathan Road in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui. I used it for an early morning flight this time, but there is a bus stop to the airport in front of me, which is very convenient. In addition, we use many restaurants if we can make a reservation.

But could not stay longer as over ***** new year prices rocket from HK$250 to $900 at some places. But as with all chung king mansion hostels it was good value for money, very clean and efficient service at the one inn.

GGuest UserMuch better than expected, not as bad as said online. There are indeed many South and Southeast Asians, but don’t be afraid. Although the room is relatively simple, it is at least clean. You need to speak English to check in, and the front desk is very friendly. No deposit is required, and there is no cleaning fee if you only stay for one day. There are no toiletries, only a bath towel, and a national standard socket. Wi-Fi is also available. No cockroaches were encountered and it was relatively quiet at night. It's totally enough if just for one night's sleep.
