Its really convinient to stay in this hotel, we booked 3rooms and stayed 4days, with free breakfast so less hassle in the morning, after that can check around because hotel is inside the mall, near taxi lane. This is really a must book hotel speacially when you are with the kids.

I will complain to the booking platform about a man with glasses in your hotel's breakfast service on September 1st. He took away the food without my finishing the meal, and even poured the food on my mobile phone. I reserve the right to claim for compensation.

This hotel is so conveniently located that the walk from west kowloon train Station to the hotel is under 1 mins and majority of the route was underground mtr passage. Its also a weather proof hotel with 3 malls connecting to it with all the retail shops u need to visit in the entire Hong Kong. Room is a bit smallish, but comfortable.

Location excellent, 20 minute walk to West Kowloon Station, your connected to Harbour plaza for shopping. Internet is about 120Mbps up load and down load. The gym is adequate you need your room key to access on the 4 th floor and one lift won't go to this floor all of the others will. Bell boys and staff are very friendly. I was on the 11th floor facing a side street so no Harbour view this time. Would I stay their again Yes...Room has a safe and mini fridge. Oh aircon is crazy cold..

Prince Hotel strength is the location, in the heart of a shopping & business area, as well for food & bar lovers, night time. For those, who are looking for a short stay up to 3 nights for shopping these is one of the best option to stay. The Hotel was renovated in 2023, rooms have enough size, even for a small family with 3 people. A very good relation price / room value . Finally the breakfast has several options.
