Cleanliness is ok, Location is acceptable when use Shuttle service. Comfort for Family with kid. Staffs is great with service mind. Tram station in front of Hotel Can go to Wan Chai or Causeway Bay or Use Hotel Shuttle Bus. I’ll be back again.

I love the hospitality of the staff and our room is clean and comfy. I appreciated their gift for my mom!

The Dorsett Wanchai is quite nice hotel with shutter bus service to MTR causeway bay

Location - impt note: Hotel is right beside 2 cemeteries, rooms are mainly directly facing the cemetery unless you book a city view room. Hate that this information was completely left out. Reception even advised for us to book a poorer room type (i.e Superior room with frosted glass instead of Superior with clear view) so we dont see the cemetery… Proximity wise, not close to MTR station. 10-15mins walk with elevation (i.e hills). Shuttle bus service frequency is low, 30mins to 1hour in between. Check in was messy. All requests on booking were ignored. Requested for double bed rooms only to be told they were full. Hotel has limited double bed rooms. Requested for same level in booking, unable to fulfill. Front desk staff were unprofessional when insisting on having us compromise our stay. Really disappointed.

Worst hotel to stay. The room's cleanliness is questionable. We were victims of flea bites and hotel claims not responsible for it, it was a pest control contractor problem.

It is a well located hotel between two metro stations and short walking distance to bus terminus to all Hong Kong. The room is comfortable with some nice recycled amenities. However, there was a huge big stain in carpet, and the housekeeping didn't clean our room, saying that it was off hours. We left the room for the city at the day at 12h, so it was a bit early to finish the services, I guess. It has a very useful service of hotel shuttles to some key areas of the city, so its a plus.

There is no water in the room except for a bottle that they tell you to use which is very unsanitary since other guest before you used this bottle. Also behind the hotel is a cemetery. I was given a room that face directly to the cemetery. I stayed here for a few days and they only came to clean the room Once. I hang the sign on the door to get the cleaners to tidy up the room and they gave me a card under the door saying they won’t clean my room until the next day. I hang the sign in the morning and I don’t understand what would make them not be able to clean the room. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. How do you not clean or tidy a room if the sign is on the door. What about the garbage in the room? What about having fresh towels or seeing if the guest needs any fresh towels? Avoid this place if you can.

The hotel room is clean and convenient for families. Disadvantage is too far from MTR. Shuttle bus services time is limited during night time.

Good location for tram and buses around HK Island. Close to causeway Bay and wan chai area.. food 2ithin walking distance..buses to the Peak. Good breakfast. 👍

Good location and facilities, which included a free shuttle to central, wanchai and causeway bay!

My wife and I stayed here during our 4-day trip to Hong Kong. The location is perfect. Close to the subway and bus routes, with many restaurants and eateries to choose from in the surrounding area. They provide a free shuttle bus to Central Station, where you can get the Airport Express train to the airport. The Hotel is also going GREEN, by supplying a glass refillable water bottle that guests can refill at a water dispenser outside the room in the corridor. However, the breakfast is minimal and overpriced at more than HK $ 160 PER PERSON.

The staff reacted quickly for my request to switch to three room with one queen bed. But i realized the amenities are different in the two rooms i have stayed in. One with better hairdryer and the other with iron. So just a suggestion to standardize the amenities.
