I came to Hong Kong on a business trip and found this treasure hotel, located in the core area of ​​Causeway Bay, five minutes away from the subway station. The hotel is newly renovated, quiet and elegant with a southern French atmosphere, thoughtful service but good privacy, friendly staff, and fast service. I want to give a thumbs up to the hotel's breakfast service. There are not many dishes, but both Western and Hong Kong flavors are authentic and delicious (wonton noodles are a must). The hotel also gave an evening cocktail experience, which is exclusively developed and customized by the hotel and is very distinctive. The overall experience is very good and I will recommend it to friends and colleagues to stay next time.

Great Hotel. Its our third stay at Regal while attending a conference and we are very pleased with the experience. Front Desk Manager Francis went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We are very grateful for his wonderful presence. The bed could do with a little upgrading. The mattress was a tad too hard while the pillow was too soft that we needed two for our heads to feel comfortable. But overall, we are happy with our stay and will definitely come back.

Housekeeping: Very polite staff who keep the place really clean. Reception: Very polite and very fast. I emailed them before my arrival and received a reply instantly. I emailed them at 1am during my stay and received a reply instantly. Incredible service. Concierge: Impressive young staff. They anticipated my needs and acted on it before I even utter a word. And they have excellent knowledge of the area and HK to give us very accurate information and direction. My wife and friends say ”this is the hotel we will stay again when we come back to HK.”

View from the rooftop is amazing too. If you’re planning to go on a Big Bus tour, one of the route stops directly in front of the hotel. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay at The Park Lane the next time we’re on HK :)

reserved a room of half moon. nice view. small box of mooncake was provided as welcoming gift since i checked in on the night of mid-autumn festival. i asked for HDMI cable for my laptop to connect the TV. i was impressed that the receptionist was able to provide technical advice regarding the connection issue. i asked for refilling the drinking water at night. the service was quick and provided within 5mins. great service! everything in the room was good. warm reminder to replace the filter of the air purifier.

It is a well located hotel between two metro stations and short walking distance to bus terminus to all Hong Kong. The room is comfortable with some nice recycled amenities. However, there was a huge big stain in carpet, and the housekeeping didn't clean our room, saying that it was off hours. We left the room for the city at the day at 12h, so it was a bit early to finish the services, I guess. It has a very useful service of hotel shuttles to some key areas of the city, so its a plus.

Solid experience. The location is great for Wan Chai, across from a small neighborhood of bars, cafes, and restaurants and yet close walking distance to The Avenue and Star Street. Unfortunately the pool was closed and the fitness room could be bigger but it got the job done. Room itself was quite large with a sofa and large desk. Bathroom wasn't really a separate room, more kind of an open format and shower and toilet area a bit small, opening out into the bedroom. Didn't bother me much but can bother some people. The price was ok at around 1000-1200 hkd a night but it seems to have gone up since then.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

A very good option for a first visit to Hong Kong, as the hotel is very well located. Wan Chai and Admiralty metro stations are within walking distance. There are a lot of wonderful Asian restaurants nearby where you can have a delicious meal. The rooms are small but clean, and I was very pleased with the new plumbing. Minus for the noise insulation, although it's possible that we just got inadequate neighbors on the floor. The staff is very helpful and hospitable. We'll come back next time.

Chose this hotel to be close to the Central. Subway station is a walking distance, but there are at least 2 bus stops very close to the hotel. We used buses too, it’s convenient. I booked the room for the first time, so the hotel gave me an upgrade (I assume it means higher floor). We had breakfast included, but the front desk didn’t give us the vouchers (how could we know), so in the morning it took some time to proof we can have breakfast! Which was annoying. Also I left some food in the room fridge, and a couple of hours after the checkout they couldn’t find it. Even though they knew we leisure luggage there after the check out, so we planned to be back. I think that food could be kept for us in this case. Overall it was a pleasant time to stay there, surprisingly comfortable. Small room with small window, but that what made it cute and cozy. Breakfast modest, but nice.

Check in took 25 minutes and basically only because of the under staffing - there was hardly any guests checking in. There was a quick apology upon check in and that was that. Breakfast staff were ok. Concierge weren’t helpful and lost our jacket. Then checkout was rushed and not complete - no bill just “we will email you”. Service level lets this hotel down - should have stayed at our TST hotel…

This hotel totally deserves the award for 4th top hotel in the world! What a divine place to stay. If I had stayed one night longer, I would have never left. The food at Salisterra was outstanding, and dinner and breakfast were a special experience. The room was stunning. I loved every moment in that room. Convenient location and good for a short stay. Close to Causeway Bay and the tram station is a short walk. It is not convenient to walk to the hotel from the MTR station if you have heavy luggage. Room is small but well laid out. The double bed is a bit misleading as it was two single beds put together with a thin pad covering. The washroom is small but excellent water pressure in the shower and lots of hot water. There is a convenient sitting out area on the 4th floor with what seems to be laundry facilities for guests, though not sure if there is a charge. A few areas for improvement that seem to be issues with training: 1. The shower had some surface mold. This is always a challenge for hotels in HK but was disappointed it was not cleaned after my first night. 2. The television menu of channels did not correspond with the available channels. 3. While the service was good when checking in, I was not happy with a different attendant when leaving. I asked about the location to get a taxi because of the need to take the flyover. Rather than listen to my request, the attendant just said the taxi will stop in front of the hotel. This resulted in driving around the block to get to the flyover, which takes time due to traffic. It would be better to walk around the corner to get a taxi.
