We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

The view is wonderful if you take a harbor view, it really changes the experience. The service is great except the check in process, the staff is not enough, plus they let the platinum member in before the other guests so you will have to wait until there are non more platinum… they should have at least ONE PERSON taking care or non platinum members. Location is awesome, go to the top floor bar for a couple of drinks, the view is worth it. I recommend it without doubt

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

Checked in real late on a weekend and the front office lady was very courteous to have our room upgrade to suite. The view isn’t particularly impressive but the room was spacious with basic amenities all in place. Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating. One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s ********** right in the bathtub and stains on floor. The “note” to previous guest was still lying on the floor when we entered the room. Overall speaking it is valued for money however awareness on hygiene must be enhanced

It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

While the room may not rival the expansive layouts found in Thai hotels, it does reflect the distinctive spatial style characteristic of Hong Kong accommodations. Having previously favored M1 Yua Ma Tei Hotel, I was drawn to Xi Hotel for its more generous room size. Despite the allure of M1 Hotel's smaller rooms, the substantial savings at Xi Hotel made the decision worthwhile for this trip, granting me a more spacious environment to unwind and organize my belongings over the course of my two-day stay. The hotel's accessibility stands out, with numerous BTS stations in close proximity. Positioned on Minden Avenue, a mere 3-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui Station's D1 exit (approximately 280 meters), the convenience of reaching various destinations in the city adds to the overall positive experience. During my two-night stay, I took advantage of various discount coupons from Agoda, resulting in a total cost of 8,400 baht. Breaking it down, the average nightly rate comes to about 4,200 baht, excluding breakfast. It's worth noting that prices may vary based on the time of stay and the prevailing tourist season. My visit took place at the end of February 2019. Now, turning our attention to the hotel itself, please pardon the modest size of the review's accompanying pictures, as they were not originally intended for this purpose. The hotel room is clean and well-organized. It is very convenient and the design is considerate. It is a family-friendly hotel. Three people can put the beds together. There is a public water dispenser in the public area. It is very convenient to get hot and cold water. There is also a microwave available. There is also a small cabinet in the corridor with disposable supplies. It is very thoughtful! There is also a map posted on the wall, which is very considerate. Although the boss is not very talkative, he is very attentive from the layout! This location is convenient for traveling, K11 is nearby, and the Mirador Building is across the road, which is convenient for buying ”Jenny Cookies”. I will stay here next time!

I love this new stylish hotel! Room is big everything is so nice including the staffs from the bellboys especially the filipino one so helpful and polite always, the front desk officer who is very considerate and helpful to us I forgot to ask for his name but thank you so much for your kind assistance and graciousness for upgrading our room because we arrive so early and we are so tired. The bar Avoca is superp too! So stylish and the drinks and food were fantastic, I want to commend Hazel for being so informative with explaining the menu and drinks so entertaining, and the bartender Rolph you guys are the best! Looking forward to stay again, we had a really great time staying, we had the best sleep we love you bed, amenities, the bathroom, the view is so awesome!!! Everyday our room is so clean and tidy could not ask for more! Will recommend you guys to my friends who’s going to HK. Till next time! :)

Overall, it is a good hotel. Suggestion: It would be better if the method of registering information is more advanced and improved. The staff also patiently explained the reasons.

The famous Chungking Mansions feels better than before. In Hong Kong, where land is at a premium, living in the city center is affordable at this price!
