Nice hotel close to the AirPort otherwise not close to anything. Staff is friendly but not they lack a bit in service. Not like a five star hotel in my opinion. I was placed at a dirty table and were told to wait. No one took away the former guests dish or cleaned the table. No one except the bell boy (he told me to wait) paid any attention to me. As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. Softest bed in Vietnam. Great central location and the staff were great and most happy to assist. Pool was fantastic on the hot/humid days after exploring the city. Even dropped my wallet in the reception area and it was held safely behind the counter by staff for my return. Staff were fantastic about everything. Breakfast selection was broad and fresh. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again without a doubt.

Nice little boutique hotel. Note that the city facing room can be noisy so we requested a quieter room which the staff were kind enough to give us the next day. Breakfast is at a nearby hotel

No shower curtain or door. Good location except the next building is under remodeling. Sometimes noise around 9am. Many restaurants, coffee shops and massage shops nearby. A Japanese department store is 10 minutes walk. Very polite staff. Hotel breakfast so so.

The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. The hotel is located in a good location not far from all major attractions. The staff was responsive. We enjoyed our stay even more after they cleaned the a/c. The 4 minor things i didn't enjoy about my stay are: 1. They gave us only 1 key. I requested an additional key but they refused. I think they should update to key cards in this day and age. 2. A spider made a nest in the bathroom 3. The refrigerator was packed with ice and needed cleaning 4. The furniture was dark and dated.

This is our first time visit Ho Chi Minh City and 1st to stayed at SOHO Resident and hotel which we are very happy and enjoyable holiday… the location is the best … the service staff Ms.Kim who are very helpful and understanding…as we booked Trip.com Mekong River tour “Vn Lotus Travel” agency services especially the tour guide Mr.Quy are very professional to guide us the whole tour.We will surly come back and stay again Soho hotel and using Vn Lotus Travel for others city tour.

I'm so happy to find this residence that is able to accommodate our families. Baby cot was provided. Playground & pool is within the building making it so convenience as we are bringing 2 toddlers. Environment is good, very near to sc vivocity. Overall cleanliness is tip top!

One of the best hotels in the development area of Binh Duong. Room was very comfortable, about the size of a largish serviced apartment. Nice bed and I slept very well. Staff were great and helped me when I forgot my laundry bag, had it delivered to me in Ho Chi Minh the next day. Breakfast buffet was generous and of good quality, though I thought the cafe itsef was a bit small, almost cramped. All in all a nice and relaxed stay, Will stay again without a second thought.
