Convinia Apartment

District 7 - Phu My Hung Ho Chi Minh City|0.48km from Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center
It is an apartment in a Korean-populated area. The room is an apartment type. It has two bedrooms and one living room with a kitchen. You can cook by yourself. Said that there is breakfast, actually someone comes to the room every morning to let you order, and then they place an order after the similar courier brother sent the meal, the whole process can be about an hour after eating breakfast. We set 5 nights, ate breakfast once, and no one came to order in the morning for the rest of the morning, so this breakfast is not meaningful. Because it is an apartment, there is no lobby similar to a hotel, which means that there is no full-time person responsible for accommodation on the spot 24 hours a day. If there is any problem, no one can be found. 90% of their personal calls are not answered. Because it is an apartment, it is cleaned twice a week, but the cleaning time is not fixed. We set 5 nights. The magic is to clean on the fifth night, but it is coming. The quilt cover is removed and put in the washing machine. The new quilt cover is not replaced. The pillow and quilt were thrown on the bed (pictured below). After we came back at 20 o'clock, the washing machine was still running. The room lights were all turned on. The quilt cover and bath towels were washed. The floor and bathroom were not cleaned. I don't know what to do? We have to cover ourselves. Fortunately, we will be on the last night. If it is not close to the exhibition hall, there is no need to deliberately choose. In fact, there are many similar apartments near the exhibition hall. Finally, the room is close to the road, which is really not soundproof.

Fast check in. They provide welcome drink & snack. The breakfast was just ok for this type of hotel, egg station, salad, fruits, cereal, bacon, sausage, fries, rice, and vegetables variation. I stay for 6 nights, it was nice. Sleep well. Fast Check out. Friendly and fast response hotel staff during my stay. Thanks Ibis Saigon South!

The hotel room is good for the price. I would come back with pleasure. I am writing this review to compliment Mr. Autumn who provided an excellent service from the check-in to the everyday needs (with a very nice English). Thank you for your energy, and good vibes. It was very much appreciated and noticed.

Quiet, spacious, comfortable apartment for families, near hospitals and supermarkets, very convenient to move, just 15 minutes walk, apartment on high floor, quiet without noise, friendly staff Bloom happily welcomed guests even though we stayed for 1 night but still want to stay more, hopefully next time our family will choose to stay at this place.

The room is really big, but apart from bath towels, there are no other facilities. You have to bring your own. It is suitable for family travel.
