Facilities: The facilities felt quite new. Hygiene: I didn't notice any issues with hygiene; it was very clean. Environment: The environment was also good. Service: The front desk staff used translation software to communicate, which wasn't a problem. Their service attitude was excellent!

Cleaning service was prompt, concierge service friendly and accommodating. There is one restaurant in the hotel, but it offers a good variety at a reasonable price, including for room service. The gym is 24 hours with sauna and steam room and there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers for our use. It supplies detergent too! Location is excellent- near great eateries like 4 P pizza and a 10 minute walk from wonderful pickleball courts. I will come here again.

The reception staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and two bottles of mineral water were provided free of charge. There are convenience stores, cafeterias, restaurants, shopping malls, and everything you need nearby. The only drawback is that it's difficult to adjust the shower temperature. It gets hot and cold suddenly. However, considering the price of the accommodation, it's very cost-effective. I will definitely use this hotel again next time.

Stayed at a beautiful boutique hotel right in Koreatown in District 7, and it was exactly what I was looking for. The place has that perfect balance—modern, clean, and quiet, but still surrounded by everything you need. The room had a great view overlooking the area, especially at night when the city lights come alive. You really feel like you’re tucked away from the chaos, but still right in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood. What stood out most was the atmosphere—small, boutique-style, very comfortable, and not overcrowded like the bigger hotels. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful the entire stay. Location is a big win too—right in the heart of Koreatown with tons of great Korean restaurants, cafés, and spots to explore just steps away. District 7 itself is much more relaxed compared to downtown, which made it even better. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, stylish boutique stay with a nice view and a chill but lively surrounding area, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful hotel. It boasts the best location and is in the best neighborhood to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel isn't bothered by noisy roads, and there are tons of shops and cafes nearby to suit every taste. You can easily rent a scooter close by, and it's a short ride to the city center. There are also parks nearby. The hotel itself is clean, and the room and shower are spacious. It was a bit inconvenient that there was no one at reception, and we had to contact them via WhatsApp for check-in. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel facilities are complete, the decor is cozy, and the natural light and ventilation are excellent. It's clean and odor-free, the service is great, and the location is superb, making it convenient for getting around and dining. It was a very satisfying stay.

Siris Niko Residence is a modern, self-service apartment building located in the Phu My Hung area (District 7). It’s an ideal choice for digital nomads or short-stay travelers looking for a clean, quiet neighborhood away from the chaos of District 1. Pros • Prime Location: Situated in a safe, upscale area. It’s walking distance to local cafes, convenience stores, and the Crescent Mall. • Seamless Check-in: The self-check-in process is efficient and well-organized via messaging apps, offering great flexibility for late arrivals. • Comfortable Stays: The rooms are modern, and the beds are notably high-quality and comfortable for the price point (approx. $18-$22/night). • Amenities: Reliable Wi-Fi and effective air conditioning—essential if you're planning to get some work done. Cons • Soundproofing: The walls are quite thin. You might hear footsteps in the hallway or activity from neighboring rooms. • Compact Space: The ”Standard” rooms are small (around 12 sqm). If you have large suitcases, it might feel a bit tight. • Minimal Service: There is no 24/7 physical front desk. While the staff is responsive online, don't expect traditional hotel concierge services.

Very good stay experience, the room is clean and tidy, the supplies are very complete, the hotel location is very close to the exhibition, and the staff is very friendly, the response is very fast, the stay experience is very good. Recommended!

The 13th floor smell so bad and the fan noise in the room Aircon is annoying. Since we informed the staff they fix some smell better but the air con noise is the same. Since the location is great with shops and good restaurants around it.

The staff are warm and attentive, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the location is convenient for travel. It offers great value for money, and I will choose to stay here again next time I visit Vietnam.
