Kenting Gala Villa

A relaxing residence with a quiet and elegant environment design. The room is comfortable and clean. The toilet, shower and dressing room are separated. There is also a bathtub in the open air for everyone to use. There are plenty of free drinks, which can be matched with the snacks you buy. You can enjoy half a day of dining at the indoor bar or on the terrace; the butler is attentive and the breakfast is personally hosted by the owner, which is delicious and healthy. The only thing is that the entrance is not conspicuous, especially at night, it is easy to walk by.

The service location is good, but there are no toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers. The price is a bit expensive, but overall good

Large space and comfortable environment

Very bad! Obviously, the note is written at 14:00 to enter the room and 12:00 to check out. It is temporarily changed to 15:00 to enter the room and 11:00 to check out. There are not many guests who will check in on the same day, and there will be several calls until 11:00. Check out, the toilet paper and lotion in the room were not filled. This kind of hospitality is really embarrassing. You must be mentally prepared to move in. The room facing the lake will never see the lake 😡😡

Very good stay experience! From the very beginning, the staff personally went to the parking lot to ask if they needed assistance in picking up the luggage. The kind staff reminded us that the air conditioner interface in the room needs to be better sensed. It wasn't until I entered the room that I saw that the outdoor bathing pool was made of two types of gravel, taking both safety and quality into consideration. The hair and skin shower gel and conditioner provided in the room are natural brands imported from Italy, so I ordered them online directly after my stay. Yes, the toothbrush should also be praised. It has completely soft bristles. Even the toothbrushes in five-star hotels do not provide disposable toothbrushes with such good bristles! The staff who made the freshly prepared breakfast were very considerate and replenished the ingredients on the counter at any time. I was very full throughout. I hope I will have the opportunity to stay again next time.
