be mindful they lock the doors at night but theres usually someone in the lobby to unlock, dont be like me and panic and prepare because the elevator shuts off at night so dont come back drunk because stairs will be your only option lol ! hehe this place is such a little hidden gem i loved our room, was small but it had everything we needed and felt like a nice comfy nook/studio. the bed is comfortable and all the staff are very friendly. It felt a little difficult to get to by grab, but easy when you are just walking around the old quarter on your own. very affordable and worth the price! i would stay here again because its close enough to all the activities and a clean comfortable stay!

Ok this will be an odd review. We didn’t stay in this hotel, but walked into their lobby one night to ask if they could call us a good taxi to get out of the busy Old Quarter to get to our hotel. They were super accommodating, even offering us to sit and wait in their lobby, and then even walking us out to the taxi when it came. This type of service and helpfulness just doesn’t happen everywhere in the world. If I could rank a hotel in the old quarter on lobby customer service alone, I’d recommend this hotel, and if I ever need a hotel in the old quarter I’ll look to this hotel as a definite option in the future. On first impressions alone, extremely friendly, very memorable, thanks to the hotel front desk gentleman for the help.

The staff are very nice, the room is clean and comfotable. I have great time in this hotel. Very convenient location in old quarter....budget friendly...receptionist ms.lieu and owner mr. Tung were allways there n very helpful....maids also very very accomodative....highly recommend this property....

I recently stayed at La Siesta Classic Hang Thung for one night, and honestly, it wasn't enough! Hotel Property: 1. The hotel's location is great. It's right in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so you can easily walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy the lively atmosphere. 2. What's cool is that the hotel is only two months old and it looks amazing. The rooms are a good size, and the modern design is Instagram-worthy. It's pretty impressive they even squeezed in a pool in the middle of the tight Old Quarter spaces. Service 1. We got to the hotel really early from Sapa, and our rooms weren't ready, but Mr. VP at the front desk was super nice. He went out of his way to arrange a shower for us. It was a real help to get us cleaned up from the long train ride. 2. I accidentally booked a room for 3 persons when there was only 2 of us. Mr.VP immediately noticed it and upgraded us to a junior suite without us knowing. That was a pleasant surprise and definitely made our day. The Not-So-Great Stuff: There were a couple of small issues that could have made the overall experience even better. 1. We asked for more water and ice around 9 pm, but they never brought it. Eventually, we went out and buy water, and reminded the front desk to send some ice to the room. But even after reminding the front desk personally, no ice came all night. 2. Food at breakfast was good, but the service could he better. When we wanted to sit by the window, the server insisted that we sit at another table. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her that we prefer to sit by the window. She then cleared our table quite unwillingly. She just changed the cutlery but did not replace the used placemats. We didn't bother her after that as she seemed annoyed. But despite these minor hiccups, I'd definitely recommend La Siesta Classic Hang Thung to anyone looking for a great stay in Hanoi. It's a lovely place with pretty and clean rooms and lovely front desk staff.

Our second holiday in Hanoi & Vietnam as we ran out of time on our first visit to experience all of the ancient culture , charms and modern day luxury of the old and new Hanoi . The new Brilliant Nature Suites & Spa is a good base to start your explorations & a calming retreat at the end of the day to rest your weary limbs . The Hotel was basic but clean and modern . Conveniently located within walking distance of the Water Puppet Theatre , Hoan Kiem Lake and many restaurants . Our particular room was comfortable and spotlessly clean . We particularly enjoyed being able to cast content from our 'phones onto the large screen in our room . The Wi-Fi connection was great too ! The nearby railway could be noisy but the sound proofing was really good , and with the windows closed it wasn't noticeable . My wife used the Spa and said that the treatments were excellent and the overall experience was incredible . ( ” I think I am missing a trick here ” ? ) Everything was clean , modern and the staff were super helpful . Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Brilliant Nature Suites & Spa . We felt that it was good value for money .

On the day of the meal, my sisters visited the hotel and stayed for 3 nights, although the hotel was a bit small, but the staff here was very nice. I was introduced by a bell friend named Van Toan to eat restaurants, restaurants and tourist attractions around. She is very enthusiastic and so are the guests. The hotel is full of history. We joined the historical tour and know more about the history of hotel. Also we visited the bunker underneath the hotel as well. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. We went to Le Beaulieu and Spiced Vietnam Restaurant and everything were delicious.

I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. They supported us a lot during the time we stayed here with them. Hotel is clean and we love everything and of course also the breakfast. We will definitely come back and also introduce to more of our friends. Thanks again for making my trip !

Fantastic modern funky hotel, well situated fir old quarter and station. Good size room with excellent shower room. Comfy bed and usual Western equipment . USB charging points, free toiletries. Social area was good sized near reception and offered a well stocked bar. Breakfast served there also and the option to use thier facilities to cook your own!.

Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year. The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious. The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.
