This place is one of the most unique hotels I have ever been to. The aesthetic is stunning. I only stayed one night, but wish I had been able to stay a week or two. The location was a bit far from the city center, but it was worth it. The next time I am in Hangzhou I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel is nice as usual, bed is super comfy..however the service staff this round is not as friendly as our last stay. They did not take note that we are 3 pax room and had to request for 1 addi set amenities.

Outstanding and very unique place to stay and MIMI working in the lobby made it exceptional. Best bang for the money and a very cool place that should be rated higher, will definitely come back if I have the opportunity to return. Best hotel for the money during my last 30 days trip around CHINA.

As I entered my cave-themed room, I was in awe of the attention to detail. The rough-hewn stone walls, coupled with a**ospheric lighting, created a cozy and intimate ambiance. The rustic wooden furniture and earthy color palette added to the overall charm, making me feel like I had discovered a hidden oasis.

The place was gorgeous but not very clean. The stairs had dirt stains. The walls are very thin, if you are looking for a quiet evening, this is not the place .

Very instagrammable and pretty hotel with great amenities.
Booked a family loft but it’s too squeezy for 4 female adults.
Breakfast can be improved.
Overall my friends and I enjoy ourselves for one night stay.

SUCH A CUTE HOTEL!! I just wish our loft had a window for natural lighting— other than that the room was such a great price! the breakfast was a mix of western/chinese and there was always warm water and lemon water available!

Very goog hotel, near the East Railway Station. It is nearly 18 minutes to the metro station. The staff barely speak any word in English, but they are so kern to help you. The hotel is very nice and very clean. The interiors have a unique concept and make you feel so go inside. The room was a duplex very well equipped
