設施：有露天温泉，室內的温泉需要提前預約。就免費的飲料吧，還有小遊戲，很休閑度假
衞生：非常非常乾淨！
環境：周圍有大沼公園，酒店內能看見遠處的雪山和清澈的湖泊，空氣清新怡人！
服務：從到函館站接去酒店到送我們去大沼公園做jr走每一步都很用心很周到，全程幾乎沒有讓我們拿過行李，下車的時候還給墊了迎賓踏墊。早晚餐也十分豐盛，温泉酒店，但是法餐，味道真的很好吃，是舌尖的盛宴，味蕾的極致享受！

【酒店位置】
酒店就在JR大沼公園下車後左轉掉頭，要繞過軌道在對面，實際距離非常近。
【服務】
服務是頂配了，提前出來迎接，幫忙推行李，介紹房間內部設施，確認早晚餐時間。溝通不明確的地方還會用翻譯軟件。我們晚餐後想去最近的便利店7-11，工作人員還專門開車送我們去了1km左右的這家便利店。
【衞生】
我訂的是帶私湯的房間，非常乾淨，除了房間裏的毛巾衣物等，私湯房還有另外很齊全的配套毛巾。
【設施】
私湯很乾凈很清澈，隔壁還有一間影音房，帶地暖和可愛的懶人沙發，非常愜意的旅行記憶！

鶴雅酒店作為連鎖品牌，真的是景色絕美、餐飲突出！大沼公園景色特別靜美！交通也非常便利，北斗鐵路有一站，札幌3.5小時直達，新函館北斗9分鐘直達，所以很值得住一晚！法餐晚餐很好吃，一定要體驗一下！

服務無敵，景色無敵，房間自帶庭院小朋友玩雪玩的不亦樂乎。就是大沼公園站停的jr班次少，如果去函館看夜景，就趕不及當天回來吃晚餐了

不愧鶴雅，日本豪華酒店連鎖，服務真的棒，入住當天車站口迎接，走的時候開車送到火車站，酒店温泉乾淨，早晚餐儀式感味道好吃，很棒

環境很美，在噼噼啪啪燃燒着的壁爐前，喝酒、看書、刷手機。多種茶水、咖啡、果汁、啤酒、紅酒都免費。
晚餐雖然是法餐但融入了當地新鮮食材，漂亮又美味。早餐原以為是傳統日式早餐，結果有點小驚喜，養眼又營養。
早上泡好温泉去早餐，途徑前台，當值的工作人員主動提議給我們拍照，熱情和善。還有引領我們去房間的小姑娘，晚餐又碰到，總是特別甜美開心地笑，很可愛，早餐服務的小夥子也很周到。

服務：真的要好好稱讚下 服務太好了 仔細觀察了下人手其實不多 非常忙碌 非常熱情 來的時候迎賓的工作人員大老遠看到我們就迎上來 在雪地裏一個人能拖兩個箱子走的老快了 離店的時候工作人員又開車送到了車站並且把行李幫忙送進站台 在餐廳吃飯的時候服務人員也很熱情 笑意相迎
設施：雙床帶室外泡池非常棒 想什麼時候泡隨時可以
環境：吧枱區走出去就是長長的棧橋 景色優美 吧枱區下午到晚上都有酒水飲料免費暢飲 烤着爐火 氛圍感拉滿
