The hotel environment is very good. But the interior of the room is very average, especially the paint smell is a bit strong, it took a while to dissipate, but the beach snorkeling is very good

As a loyal guest who values the Four Seasons brand's commitment to luxury, service, and the core principle of the ”Golden Rule,” I regret to inform you that my experience did not align with the high standards I’ve come to expect from your company. Upon checking in with my friend, we were given rooms located on opposite sides of the resort. While I appreciate the effort to provide individualized accommodations, this separation caused logistical challenges. We were heavily reliant on the resort's buggy service, which frequently took over 25 minutes to arrive. This delay led to several late dinner reservations and wasted precious time on what should have been a seamless vacation experience. I understand that Four Seasons prides itself on craftsmanship, and in this case, the lack of attention to detail significantly detracted from the ease and luxury that is a hallmark of your brand. While dining at Zitouni restaurant, we encountered a concerning issue. After making a payment for our meal, the server insisted we make a second payment, citing uncertainty about the initial transaction. When we expressed our concerns, the restaurant manager's response was not only unprofessional but also threatening and intimidating. This culminated in the arrival of the general manager, who surrounded our table with six staff members, creating a hostile environment. This experience was distressing and completely out of character with the core values of connection and character that Four Seasons promotes. I felt physically intimidated during what should have been a simple conversation about resolving a billing discrepancy. We were assured that a follow-up meeting with management would take place the following morning at 10 a.m. Unfortunately, no one from management attended this meeting, leaving us waiting unnecessarily. This lack of accountability is contrary to the connection and craftsmanship that Four Seasons emphasizes globally. Upon checkout, I had hoped for a resolution, but instead, my interaction with the general manager and finance manager was again marked by rudeness, aggression, and a complete disregard for the values that your brand represents. Rather than addressing the situation with care and professionalism, their behavior reflected poorly on the resort and the brand. I have always associated Four Seasons with service excellence, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the highest standards of hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those ideals. I trust that bringing this to your attention will help prevent similar experiences for future guests, as I believe such behavior, if left unchecked, could tarnish the reputation of Four Seasons, which is built on delivering exceptional service through care and respect.

Very nice hotel with very good staff! Liked it, food is good, location is good Met an amazing team of animators. Beach is near , having heating pool. The staff is really doing everything for guests to feel as they are at home . Animation team has different attractive shows

When I went on a business trip, I stayed at the hotel. It is the best hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh, the hotel is relatively leisurely. The minibar is very rich, and there is a music performance in the evening, and the restaurant is great. And there are many restaurants to choose from, mainly all-inclusive, and you can eat for free. highly recommended.

Frankly, nothing to say, everything is great whether it's the food, varied, good, the cleanliness of the rooms  and I thank the entire crew of Self Hassan Ahmed he is super very competent, always smiling, always listening and even the others nothing to say without forgetting Mousad Kerolos Wahebe and Houssam Salah, Tony, without forgetting the staff who work at the swimming pool they are too kind smiling always caring nothing to say everything is great. I recommend with my eyes closed and the magnificent view of the hotel they have a really wow panoramic view

The staff were very rude, no hospitality whatsoever.( It should be an Accor managed hotel) I have waited 2 hours after a 12 hours travel to the hotel waiting for them to accept a 300EGP Tax payment! - cleaning: all the floors was extremely slippery, i don't know what kind of detergent they used. - food: no variations, everyday was the same exact food in the food buffet. - asked for a room especiality on arrival, and it arrived in 2nd night!!! - one of the staff was swearing to other tourists in a foreign language so that they don't understand. - way too many rules and restrictions for a vacation hotel.. - very boring hotel, there no much activities at the hotel. The entertaining team was very lazy and they allowed 3rd party travel scammers to enter the hotel. Don't recommend it as a vacation hotel in Egypt!

We went as a couple and stayed 3days and 4 nights in this hotel. Locationwise is pretty amazing. Inside of the hotel is huge and well organized. We only had breakfast included but I suggest you to have all inclusive cause the food and variety of cuisine is amazing. The staff is very hospitable and welcome you HOME. It is an all-inclusive luxury hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh. It is very close to the airport. We have a 150-pound taxi. It is expensive and should be cut to 100. Advantages: 1. The layout of the suite rooms is reasonable, and the bathroom is especially comfortable and spacious. 2, the main restaurant is large enough, rich in variety, lunch, and dinner. Especially for dinner, the outdoor barbecue section has grilled shrimp and grilled fish. Indoor part of salmon, crab, green mussels, squid, all kinds of chicken, beef and mutton. There are no five-star hotels in Egypt that can do this. 3, the children's club is very large, both indoors and outdoors. There is also a small water park. 4, the resort covers a large area, the pool is also enough, no matter which building has a close swimming pool. 5, the evening show is superior in Egypt, the first half hour is to bring the children to dance. The latter is the official program. 6, the shuttle bus in the resort is more frequent, you must take the car at the point. Disadvantages: 1, all-inclusive hotel, three meals, beach, pool, drinks in the theater are free. However, several specialty restaurants such as Japanese restaurants, Turkish restaurants, Italian restaurants, etc. still need to make an appointment and pay. In Egypt we have also tried other all-inclusive hotels. Apart from the main restaurant, other specialty restaurants are basically free. So such an all-inclusive is a bit regrettable. 2, nabq bay's beach is congenitally short, very hard reef, want to snorkel through the trestle and then go to the sea, inconvenient. But the fish is really beautiful and beautiful. In short, based on our experience of living in 11 resorts in the Red Sea of Egypt, this is a great recommendation and will go again.
