Hotels in Yunyan District, Guiyang

The hotel was easy to find and the front desk service was excellent. The room was clean, and the buffet was fantastic. I'd seen reviews mentioning the delicious beef noodles, and they truly lived up to the hype – I ate them every day and slurped up every last drop of soup! The nearby Minsheng Food Street was also a great find, offering tasty and affordable food. I left feeling very satisfied.

The room was clean and the hotel is centrally located. Rooms in this area generally aren't very spacious, and this one was pretty standard. The front desk lady had excellent service, which is worth commending. The surroundings are very convenient, and the bed in the room was comfortable and tidy.

Booked a room with 2 double bed, left instruction to the front desk and went out. When back, we realised have not check in at all. Front desk from morning missed checking us in and they quicky trying to check us in but telling us room still under packing so need to wait. Upon entering the room, we realised the room was smaller than what we book, was told that they upgraded us to family room. Obviously lie from hotel, the room was obviously make **** from a normal room with a roll-in bed. When confronted them, they still lie by telling us that they had a hardware upgrade recently and this is their permanent family room. The double bed was obviously shitted to the left (the light switch was already not aligned to bed), that single bed was obviously a roll-in bed! The whole room look super cramped and don’t look anything like family room! We requested to refund a night price, since there is price difference. But only granted 100RMB per day. Be careful when you stay in this hotel! I must compliment to trip.com for their fast reaction when dealing with this case.

Traveling with kids, we picked this hotel. The room was spacious and not at all cramped. Housekeeping was meticulous, no dust anywhere. Hot water was consistent, and the facilities felt safe. Staff were polite and friendly. The location was convenient for parking, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. We felt very safe staying here with our little one. Great value for money, highly recommend!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's super close to the Minsheng Road entrance, and you can easily walk to Taiping Market. The squid rolls and potato omelets I grabbed downstairs were also surprisingly delicious. Traveling with my family of four, we booked a twin room, which was really spacious. It was also very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. My two daughters loved playing in the seventh-floor lobby, and the staff were incredibly attentive to them. I absolutely loved the cranberry cookies at the hotel's afternoon tea. I even managed to get a little gift upon check-out. If I come to Guiyang again, I'll definitely choose this place. It truly lived up to the hype, especially after all the research and countless reviews I read before booking. Hotel prices are inevitably higher during the summer, but the staff's excellent service, the comfortable rooms, and the convenient location made it totally worth it.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Since we were traveling with my child, we initially booked a king-size bed. The front desk, concerned the room might be too small, kindly upgraded us to a family room free of charge. A big shout-out to the front desk staff – the lady who helped us was incredibly warm and helpful. Plus, there's a gym and other facilities on the 16th floor, which my child absolutely loved. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Guiyang!

We were traveling with my parents and child this time, and I was initially worried the room might be too small. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel front desk saw we were three adults and one child and proactively upgraded our room type for free! The room was spacious and bright, and our family stayed very comfortably with no feeling of being cramped at all. Our experience was absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail in their service truly touched me. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends and family, especially those traveling with kids! Breakfast was also very diverse, and the transportation was incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!

First time in Guiyang, and after comparing several hotels, I settled on this simple one. It's right next to the subway station, making it super convenient to visit Jiaxiu Tower and Wenchang Pavilion. The area is packed with local snacks too, like Silian Hongtang Siwawa and Laoguo – you can find them everywhere. The room had great natural light, the bedding was soft, and the service was warm and attentive. It truly enhanced my travel experience.

Whenever I travel for business or leisure, I tend to book Dossen hotels, and City Comfort Inn is always my top choice. I was visiting Guiyang to escape the summer heat and saw this new branch, conveniently located in the city center. It's close to Minsheng Road and Jiaxiu Tower, right next to Wenchang Pavilion, and also near the subway and Fountain Park – all within walking distance. Transportation and parking are quite convenient. What was especially thoughtful was that it had been raining these past few days, and the hotel provided complimentary umbrellas, which I really appreciated. It's a standalone hotel, so it's not noisy. Plus, the breakfast in Guiyang was fantastic and plentiful, a buffet, and you absolutely have to try the local noodles. My trip to Guiyang, from dining and drinking to lodging and entertainment, truly exceeded my expectations.

Hygiene: The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff were very polite. Environment: The hotel is located right in the city center, making transportation convenient. It's also very close to major attractions and numerous snack streets. Service: The front desk staff were very polite and always helpful in resolving any issues I had. Thumbs up!
