Booked a hotel for my parents and grandma. I was worried about whether they would be uncomfortable staying there, but the feedback was very good.
I could feel the professionalism of the service from the communication with the front desk lady before check-in. Just because I mentioned the distance from the highway in the second call, the lady knew that my parents were driving there and helped us to note the parking information.
My parents told me later that the front desk staff also sent them all the way to the elevator, which was very considerate.
The breakfast was also delicious and the room was very quiet.
The location is very friendly for people who want to travel by car. It also saves me from worrying that I can't accompany my parents on the trip.
