Having great time , got up at 8:00am Sunday morning to use Hot Tub for my sore Total Knee! It was closed at 8:00 because it was cold

We came to Grand Rapids for a shopping trip. This hotel is just a block from the mall entrance and right in the heart of the shopping district. There are friendly smiling faces on the hotel staff which is always welcoming. The room is spotless and modern, and the bed is very comfortable. Includes a coffee maker and bottled water. My husband loved the bar in the lobby, where he spent time while I shopped:) Our bartender was amazing! The bar menu has various options, but be careful; the nachos are delicious but have spicy aioli on top! A sports bar with a full dinner menu is also next door. I would stay at this hotel again.

Everything about the hotel was great! It's very nice! Our only complaint was that the pool and hot tub had way, way too much chlorine in them. It hurt our eyes and made them water. Otherwise, it was very nice!

Wonderful staff - we stayed during an awful snow storm with family - they had staff cleaning off cars in the mornng! Everyone was so friendly excellent service in bar area and for breakfast !

I had two rooms because the first one was dirty and the next one was worse but i was across country for a sick aunt visit. Complained to staff.

Great property and up to date. Love the shower water was perfect. The pool is nice but the hot tub‼️‼️‼️ yeah and you can go outside in the hot tub. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Hilton is ok. It was close to the university and made it very easy to visit our adult children. However the property is in need of so repairs. There was no maid service. I was this until our second day when I asker why our room was not cleaned. They we ran out of coffee the second day no came to restock our room. At night cars raced up and down the beltline so it was very noisy.
