Gonesse Hotels & Accommodations

I stayed with my family in a larger group for 4 days in this hotel. The hotel is not suitable for larger groups, they don't have enough plates, spoons, every day there was a lack of food at breakfast, they are simply not ready for groups. The hotel is located far outside the delivery zone of Glovo, Wolt and other apps and is very far from the metro station. Mr. Alim who worked at the hotel during our stay was very rude even though we as a group were very understanding that the hotel did not have the capacity for a larger group like ours and that we were mostly left without breakfast. In the end, we went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, because I didn't want to argue with Mr. Alim. If you want to work in the hospitality industry, it is very important to be kind to your guests. However, the hotel is clean, quiet and there are several restaurants nearby.

The bathroom is completely HS, we feel all the resorts, which is very unpleasant. This hotel is beyond amazing. It became my 2nd home for 4 weeks. Dec. 13th, 2022 my father fell in the Paris airport and broke his hip. We were on our way to Germany. I knew no one in Paris and spoke no French. The hospital wouldn't let me stay there. A women in the emergency room that spoke no English wrote on a napkin for me to go to the Ibis Hotel Gonesse. Malik, John, Jean, Angelina, Rahma, Louice, Lucie, Curtis, Lucie, Curtis, and Fransoice became my friends. They asked about my dad everyday, helped me find malls for clothes and groceries (our luggage was also lost for 5 days, fed me, taught me how to use Uber, and kept my spirits up. I will always be grateful. The managers heard my story and gave me a discount. I'm home in America now with my dad and just have to say Thank You to the Ibis Team for hosting a very scared American and creating a safe place. I want to come back to visit someday to play tourist. The hotel is on the outskirts, close to the highway intersection, if you don't drive, it will be very convenient, there are many free parking lots. But there is no supporting facilities nearby, there is a bus stop, far from the subway station. Breakfast is OK, the room is small, there is no electric kettle, but hot water can be picked up in the lobby on the first floor.

Perfect as always! The service nevers fails and Campanile Le Bourget Airport is always our top selection when we have a night or two in Le Bourget. The food buffet is always on point and the breakfast is sublime. Hope to see you again soon Campanile Le Bourget!!

Overall it is good and relatively clean, but mold spots are found on one pillowcase.

Ok for a night, before the flight. It's located near big shopping center, which is a plus. Lobby is the only part of hotel, that was renovated in IBIS style. Rooms are old and in very bad condition. There is also a strange odour in a room, like someone would smoke in it. I don't know what are the standards to be an Ibis hotel, but this one sure doesn't deserve that name. There was also a problem with payment, when we arrived - they couldn't transfer the money from Expedia, to which we paid the room. it took over an hour, to solve that. Would not go again.

Super simple hotel, easy to reach from CDG Airport with public transportation, and easy to reach Paris city center with public transportation too. Rooms are clean but simple: no kettle, no fridge, no iron, no hairdryer. No gym. Microwave available, tea/coffee maker at the restaurant are available during all day. Staff super friendly, they speak english,but pointless to send email to the hotel, no reply. Wifi is not working in the room, but perfect in the reception area or in the restaurant- they let you stay and work there all night if you want. Printer available. Overall: if you are looking for a clean place to sleep it is perfect!

We stayed 3 nights in this very clean hotel and the charming staff and listening. The bed is of quality and it is very soundproofed. The children were happy with their room. 1 parental bed and 2 overlap beds. 1 bed with a real mattress, great for baby! Restaurant and nearby facilities. We recommend.

EasyJet put our family here for the night when they cancelled our flight, it’s in the middle of nowhere nothing around the area. Staff can’t speak English and we’re ignorant. Got a “family room” which was a double bed (which was comfy) but the kids had a sofa bed that you could feel every spring on mattress like paper. We all topped and tailed. For a family room consider beds because everyone needs actual beds. Breakfast we were told onto 10am went down at 930am no hot food left, baguettes taken away boiled egg machine turned off, orange juice machine turned off. Surely if breakfast is on until 10am they would still expect people to arrive at 10am and want fed? Well we arrived half an hour before closing and nothing available and nothing further being cooked. Got my boys a cereal but only hot milk left asked staff for cold milk for cereal told none left? Dinner was disgusting will post photo in review. Went and bought a pizza for the boys so for one pizza & 4 drinks €42. Dear hole, if your wanting to go and stay here don’t bother.
