I stayed with my family in a larger group for 4 days in this hotel. The hotel is not suitable for larger groups, they don't have enough plates, spoons, every day there was a lack of food at breakfast, they are simply not ready for groups. The hotel is located far outside the delivery zone of Glovo, Wolt and other apps and is very far from the metro station. Mr. Alim who worked at the hotel during our stay was very rude even though we as a group were very understanding that the hotel did not have the capacity for a larger group like ours and that we were mostly left without breakfast. In the end, we went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, because I didn't want to argue with Mr. Alim. If you want to work in the hospitality industry, it is very important to be kind to your guests. However, the hotel is clean, quiet and there are several restaurants nearby.

This hotel is beyond amazing. It became my 2nd home for 4 weeks. Dec. 13th, 2022 my father fell in the Paris airport and broke his hip. We were on our way to Germany. I knew no one in Paris and spoke no French. The hospital wouldn't let me stay there. A women in the emergency room that spoke no English wrote on a napkin for me to go to the Ibis Hotel Gonesse. Malik, John, Jean, Angelina, Rahma, Louice, Lucie, Curtis, Lucie, Curtis, and Fransoice became my friends. They asked about my dad everyday, helped me find malls for clothes and groceries (our luggage was also lost for 5 days, fed me, taught me how to use Uber, and kept my spirits up. I will always be grateful. The managers heard my story and gave me a discount. I'm home in America now with my dad and just have to say Thank You to the Ibis Team for hosting a very scared American and creating a safe place. I want to come back to visit someday to play tourist.
