DoubleTree by Hilton Qinghai Golmud

The housing experience was very good. I was discharged from hospital in the early morning due to high fever. The hotel prepared an oxygen machine and Rhodiola rosea for me. In the morning, I was asked if I needed any other help. If I come here next time, I will still choose to rest in Golmud for a day and check in. DoubleTree by Hilton, I would like to commend Bonnie Wang and Cora Wang. The two ladies also told me in the morning that they can sell oxygen tanks. Thank you very much.

The room was clean and soundproofed. The heating temperature was appropriate. The front desk staff were very friendly. The air conditioner may need maintenance, and the noise was quite noticeable at night.

It is the best hotel in Golmud. Although the breakfast has fewer varieties, the environment, facilities, and services are still good. Overall, it basically meets the standards of a five-star hotel.

This hotel is full of "retro style". In addition to the decoration style, it has a sense of the times, and the work style is also old-fashioned. We drove all day on G109 from Lhasa the day before. I originally wanted to sleep in, but at 9 o'clock in the morning, the waiter knocked on the door on time. Nothing happened. I haven't encountered such an ignorant five-star hotel in many years. There is no computer system for breakfast entry and exit, so we rely on printer paper to tick boxes. I wanted to add a breakfast, and my first choice was not to charge but to pay in cash. After making the request to charge, the waiter caught up with me again after confirming with the front desk, saying that because I didn't have a deposit, I could only pay in cash. 1. The deposit was confiscated because you didn't ask for a deposit when I checked in. 2. I also charged for the dinner the day before. 3. During the credit period, I hadn't checked out yet and they chased me several times early in the morning to pay for the meal. For the hotel, it complies with the regulations. For me, I was preset to be the person who eats the Overlord meal. I didn't like it. 4. When I checked out, the front desk knew that I had added an extra breakfast, but they didn't know that I had paid and how much I had paid. Money, management chaos. After breakfast, I returned to the room and found that the waiter had come in, which made me decide to write this negative review. I found that the clothes hanger I had hung on the window handle to block the curtains for ventilation had been taken down, and the clothes hangers I had used in the closet had been neatly moved to the right. Is it necessary for the waiter to come in during this time? Knocking on the door at 9 o'clock is just to get in, right? What are you here for? See if I damaged any items and stole the hangers? The mini bar is empty, so there is no need to record consumption, right? Here, I would like to remind other guests to take their valuables with them when leaving the room. The waiter can enter the room at any time while you are away. Finally, although there were many front desk staff when I checked in, there seemed to be only one woman who could do the work. She looked very busy, had a straight face, and was too lazy to say a word. She did not tell me which floor the room was on, or the key card. It started out as 6, but when I ran to the 6th floor, it turned out that it was not. The second digit was the floor number. The entire hotel is smoke-free, and the elevator smells like smoke in the room. I just left Tibet and entered the first stop in the Northwest. Is this it? Last week I stayed at the Hilton in Shigatse, Tibet. Today I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Kunlun, Xining. No matter what the price of the Hilton, it is better than this hotel.

The room is nice and clean. The front desk staff and floor attendants are polite and sincere, which deserves praise.

The service is very good. The children love the cookies given by the front desk. The children wanted more salty and sweet milk tea for breakfast. The lady packed two cups for them to take away. They were so happy. The environment is also great. It is worthy of being the number one hotel.
