就在步步高新天地3號門旁邊，周邊交通設施齊全，去附近的景點都挺近的，房間裏也提供了有一次性毛巾浴巾床單和拖鞋，而且需要電梯卡刷電梯才能進去，安全，房間也很大一間，非常不錯。

環境這裏就不用説了，步步高新天地樓上23層，夜景非常美老闆也非常熱情，房間裏面非常的乾淨整潔，有一次性的床單被罩和枕套一次性毛巾浴巾#位置交通非常便利，老城區的最中心#房間景觀美#性價比性價比很高

房間衞生乾淨整活，整體不錯，下次來贛州出差還住這裏，
位置贊，設施豐富，乾淨整潔，房東熱情，交通方便。適合情侶約會的公寓民宿。出差旅遊也非常適合住這裏，離南門口非常近。
