We had a great one night stay the the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Fuzhou Riverside. We were only there for a short trip but we enjoyed all the hotel’s amenities and special thanks to the staff who worked at the breakfast buffet who gave us any and all help we needed.

房間很好 晚上很安靜 來過福州很多次 酒店距離很多打卡點都比較方便 還是覺得福道比較好。走一趟很舒服，這次時間緊，下次去福耀科技大學轉轉。

使用攜程二十年，第一次給差評。朋友一起出遊，入住這裏已是第7天，這應該是這趟旅行中感受最差的一次入住了。
1、酒店附近有道路和橋樑在建設，灰塵瀰漫，白天噪聲很大；
2、我們訂了5個房間，入住前一天上午9點下的單，當天下午2點辦理入住，結果被安排在三個樓層，和前台小姐姐溝通想安排集中一些，告知説都滿房了，沒法調整；
3、酒店無線網上網複雜，要填拼音姓氏（還不是全名），還要房號，入住時前台又把房間搞錯了，我們要求更換又説自己換一下就行，可能因為我們年齡比較大了，結果入住的五個房間沒一個自己搞定的；
4、酒店對長者不太友好，早餐餐盤旁的食物名稱標簽，字實在太小，根本看不清，這些長者衹能每次去問服務生；
5、淋浴房不密封，留了很大的縫隙，洗澡後水流溢出，弄得衞生間到處都是，沒法踏足進入，人還險些滑倒。
在我家鄉有幾家洲際旗下的皇冠假日，我一直印象挺好，多次入住或安排朋友入住，真不知這家酒店是怎麼了😳（圖二是用兩塊浴巾擦乾後還殘留的水漬）

住很多次了，很不錯。江景一流，停車位也多。離地鐵站也不是很遠，總的來説很方便。然後酒店設施也挺好的，睡得很舒服，下次還會考慮住。
