房間：房間很新，乾淨衞生，設施很齊全，房間也挺大的，睡覺很安靜，去周邊也很方便，離市政府就隔一條河，旁邊那條母親河桐山溪裏面有很多錦鯉，非常贊。
服務：老闆服務非常好，幫忙拎箱子，而且有求必應，快趕上海底撈服務啦！必須推薦一下，好評。

挺乾淨的，就是退房時候那樓梯最後一個台階踩空扭到腳了，老闆服務挺好，馬上拿來葯膏塗，不過還是腫了一大塊

房間新裝修的，比較乾淨整潔，服務熱情，節假日這個價錢還是不錯的。隔音不是太好，不過這個硬件估計沒法解決，總體不錯的。後面是小吃街，有好多小海鮮飯店，吃飯很方便

入住酒店發現門口停滿了小汽車前台主動帶我們找停車位非常感謝。還有就是酒店後門有個菜市場旁邊有美食一條街好多海鮮大排檔吃飯還是挺方便周邊小吃攤也很多❤酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住總的來説還不錯，各方面都還是令人滿意的#位置交通山前辦事處公交站旁邊交通便利#停車停車有空位就可以停#WIFI無線網絡覆蓋滿格

非常差，差到極致，沒有之一。全中國墊底！酒店環境衞生不知道是怎麼被審批出來的？衞生間就一個蹲坑啥也沒有，連個門也沒有，都沒有任何遮擋！如果女生上廁所，男的經過會很尷尬…商家是窮的連個像樣的門都沒錢裝了麼？而且很臟.根本進不去。異味嚴重！！！進去都要吐出來的那種感覺，網友們自行體會…商家服務態度非常差，感覺沒什麼文化，有點**，一副***的樣子，我們直接退房了。一聽到我們要退房，老闆直接罵人了…我們當場直接和有關部門投訴了這家店，誰進去誰後悔。勸大家都別定這家。別定！真心的。太差了！

旅遊路過，通過平台訂的房，因為時間晚了附近的都被預訂完了，衹有他家空，結果和圖片嚴重不符，而且根本沒有停車場，很小很破！門前還有一條臭水河。酒店沒有任何洗漱用品，沒有牙膏牙刷，另外房間牆壁都已經長黴了，室內很潮濕，還有異味。更誇張的是，廁所沒有門！！！廁所就一塊破布遮擋，還不分男女！根本沒法住人。床單被套看上去也是從不來不消毒不清洗的感覺，潮濕的很。我們要求申請退單，平台都是可以退的，結果一開始一個男的服務員同意我們退單，辦理過程中，出來一個看上去五六十歲的女服務員，態度非常惡劣，不讓退！不講道理，很兇，直接拿手指指罵顧客，無法溝通，一副**罵街的氣勢，女服務員還打電話叫了村裡三個人來吵架！還好我們提前110了，不然後果不堪設想！完全**做法！那三個人看到帽子叔叔在處理，他們立馬掉頭走了。後來帽子叔叔幫忙處理，退了錢。大年初三，網友們請擦亮眼睛，這家千萬不要選！千萬不要選！千萬不要選！！！重要的事情説三遍！
