每次回老家必住的酒店，乾淨，新，夜景很美，晚上枕着棲雲橋的美景睡的，另外前台免費升級了溪景房又贈送果盤，雖然果盤沒多少錢，但因為我們不在房間，餐廳大姐姐來送了四次，真的太有心了，晚上電話前台再送床杯子，送小童拖鞋和牙刷，不到兩分鐘就送來了，響應很快，最後退房的時候我房卡還丟了，想説至少要陪個幾十塊吧，前台直接説沒關係客人，直接退房就行。還有上次住的時候睡衣還拉酒店了，酒店直接電話給我，還給我郵寄，我真的太馬大哈了…酒店早餐還有福安特色拌麪和扁肉…住過那麼多酒店，這家星酒店印象最深刻了…一定要説一個缺點的話就是離着老城區的小吃店有點遠，不過福安很小，沒有十幾分鍾電動車解決不了的問題，但酒店就在東百，其他吃的很多。

難得福安有這樣一個較高檔的酒店，整個酒店的管理比較規範，設施也較好。服務有點小缺陷，如門僮不幫客人把行李從車上提下來，更不用説幫助開關車門了。門僮衹管大堂門前的車，其他似乎都不管。除了前台，幾乎所有的服務員親和性都較差。電梯有刷房卡按樓層設定，但大部分都做擺設，衹有少數幾次需刷卡才能按樓層鍵，留下安全隱患。早餐不錯，難得的是每天都變花樣，必須點贊。作為回鄉探親的福安老鄉，明年清明估計還會入住這家酒店，希望變得更好。

酒店設施很新，環境也不錯！
非常不能理解21年開業的酒店，竟然連送餐機器人都沒有！跟酒店定位非常不匹配，早晨點的咖啡外賣直接放在門口的一個木質枱子上，直接被吹冷掉，我自己穿個短褲就下樓拿了！！！！一搜是洲際酒店集團的牌子，這都24年了，如果連基本的服務都做不好，我建議像一些連鎖快捷酒店學習學習怎麼去做服務
