This is a Holiday Inn Express. Only ten minutes drive from/to FRA Frankfurt am Main airport. IHG members receive free bottled water. The rooms aren’t very spacious so be aware of that. Rooms are equipped with a small table and two seats. The bathroom had plenty of towels as well as a liquid soap dispenser. In the shower, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel was provided. The air conditioning in my first room didn’t worked so I had to switch rooms. However, the A/C in the other room worked fine. This hotel includes breakfast with a nice assortment of breads, cheese, sausages and jams. Coffee, teas and juices are available in a self serve area. Very friendly and helpful staff members. I will stay here again when flying out of Frankfurt.

This is a modern, very practical hotel, just beside the fair complex, which is helpful for the day-by-day business. The rooms are very small but well organized. Cleaning is upon request, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is great, with many options.

After I left my bag in a taxi and had no way to contact the driver, Margarita took it upon herself to help me as if it were her own problem. Her determination and positive attitude were incredible. She decided to come with us to an office and managed to win over everyone we encountered, ensuring that they would lend us a hand. Margarita's charisma and charm were incredible, and she didn't rest until my bag was found. We were truly amazed by her kindness, empathy, and relentless effort. invited to a meeting in Frankfurt, I was offered this hotel. It wasn't my choice, but I didn't question it through the Accor seal, which always refers to comfortable stays. The location is not privileged in every sense: whether traveling for work or pleasure. Neighboring the train line, those who stay with a window facing the street will feel, even with an anti-noise window, the noise of the wagons during the day. Large, simple, clean apartments, but without great comforts. An exceptional highlight is breakfast, which is extremely complete with delicious delicacies.

Was für ein tolles Hotel mit super Mitarbeitern! Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, dieses ist allerdings total aussergewöhnlich, und das liegt am immer sehr netten Personal. Und das ist keine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit. Egal ob beim Frühstück, im Restaurant oder an der Rezeption, und dort vor allem Ronja Schmitt. Ich habe selten so eine lösungsorientierte Hotelmitarbeiterin gesehen, wenn mal irgendwas nicht ganz optimal funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Zum Zentrum nach Eschborn fährt man etwa 5 Minuten, in die Frankfurter Innenstadt etwa 20 Minuten. Um das Hotel herum gibt es nicht viel zu sehen, dafür hat man aber Ruhe! Insgesamt 100 Prozent Weiterempfehlung!

We were in Frankfurt several times during a visit to family and traveling with a group in Gernany and France this year. We were in the adagio for several days, with my wife and I in one room, and three friends in another. I found a mostly-new hotel with rooms with kitchenettes sitting next to the Marriott, with rooms about half the price. I especially liked that we could cook in the adagio and not have to go out if we didn't want to. We could also go down to the lobby and grab a beer or coffee ( you pay for it, of course) in a pinch. Buffet breakfast ( but I didn't eat it) was about 20 euros. The place seemed empty. I asked the front desk fellow if it was new. He said they opened 6 years ago, but for 2.5 years, no one came---so yes, basically, new. Right in the middle of Frankfurt. Highest recommendation. Enjoy your travels.

Amazing hotel, room, location, parking, service, restaurant. The only problem there was mold in the shower room, a lot. Luckily we had flip-flops to wear in the shower. P.S. I didnt notice if there was an A/C in the room, since our stay in October we didnt't need A/C anyway.

I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 pm, and had sent an email in advance to let them know I will be arriving before official check-in time. My email was literally answered within minutes, and I was happy to find out that they had a room ready for me when I got to the hotel. The reception was busy, so I had to wait for a while as one party was checking in and another checking out, but when it became my turn, the friendly receptionist had me checked in within minutes. My room on the second floor was very nice for a three star hotel, and I might even go as far as to say that the room met four star standards. It was probably recently renovated, as it felt very fresh and modern and was in impeccable condition. It was not very large, but came with a balcony and a view of the park outside the hotel. There was a desk&chair, a closet, a safe and good A/C, but no water bottle, no fridge and no sitting area. Wifi was easy to use and fast, however, I believe Youtube was banned, because all other websites worked fine but I was not able to access Youtube at all. That felt a bit strange. The queen bed, although too soft for my taste, was otherwise fine for one person although the pillow was flimsy and I had to request another one, which was gladly brought up to my room. There were sockets by the bed, so charging your devices overnight was easy. The bathroom was also clean and fresh and felt recently renovated. The walk-in shower came with excellent water pressure. There was enough room for toiletries etc by the sink, however the bath towel was extremely small. Amenities only included soap, shampoo and shower gel. No conditioner or body lotion. These came in wall-mounted containers, of which I am not a fan because I don’t find them particularly hygienic. I wish hotels saved money in other ways and not by abandoning single-use toiletries. The hotel serves breakfast in the ground floor breakfast room from 6:30 to 10:30, and from 7 to 12 on weekends. My rate did not include breakfast, but I popped in the first morning to see the spread. It was definitely not worth the price (20.50 EUR), so my suggestioon would be to buy something at the supermarket a block away or to have breakfast in a nearby café. I had a late flight out, and was informed that they could extend my check-out until 12:30 pm at no charge, and beyond that they offered a late check-out at 4 pm for 19 EUR. It was a bargain and I was happy to take up on the offer. The hotel is located two minutes from the main railway station, and I walked to all the sights and restaurants in the city centre area. The Markt and Dom (cathedral) is about a 15 min walk from the hotel. I found the location excellent and will be sure to stay here again if my travels take me to Mainz in the future.

I was put up at this property by Lufthansa (shame on them). Th room I was given had no air conditioning and the door lock was broken allowing some drunk to walk into my room while I was trying to get a few hour sleep. The room was clean, BUT (1) the desk lamp was broken, the bathroom exhaust fan sounded like it was having it death knell and there was no bottle opener to open the bottled water provided The there is the 'so called' restaurant. The atmosphere was non existent. The waitress mad it clear that one could only go the 'buffet' once. The only good thing about the buffet was the fresh lettuce and cucumber. There was a cooked vegetable serving that was tasteless and watery. There was a meat of some sort in a white sauce that was inedible. There was also some badly dehydrated sausage. Oh the hotel has only one English television station, no computers in the lobby and no power adapters to be loaned to guests. The only good thing about this place is leaving it.

Good day ladies and gentlemen I was guest at Hotel Plaza in Hanau from 11 - 13 November 2022. I would like to inform you that the hotel does not meet the safety requirements. The reason for this is as follows, in the later night (00:30) I couldn't be in my room since the key no longer worked. We have tried to call the staff (with the emergency call of the police and firefighters) several times (the telephone was off without success). The reception was not occupied all night. There is a second emergency number that one in the lift is invalid and the others are turned off at the reception. In this case it is irresponsible that a hotel with more than 100 beds has no poster has the service. The police called me at 03:10 and told me they found someone who can help me. I ask you to publish this review on your hotel portal so that guests do not have to take unnecessary risks because a hotel chain with savings is jeopardising the safety of the hotel guests.
