Very clean and tidy hotel, 300m walk from Flanagan Railway Station, very convenient transportation. The hotel service is very good, whether it is printing things, helping to call a taxi, recommending restaurants, all are very professional and fast!

A very nice hotel in terms of concept, but - if the room is completely white - more care should be taken to cleanliness. The mirrors were stained and dusty, the floor wasn't clean either, the curtains were stained and not very attractive. The bathroom is modern except for the shower, it is simply no longer up to date and much too small. Eta's more light in the bathroom would also help a lot, unfortunately it is very dark. The air conditioning in the room is very loud. The location in the train station district is well known, we know that in advance and we would therefore not include it in the rating. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly, and the bar is open 24 hours a day (although the prices are very exorbitant!). We would only recommend the hotel to a limited extent, the room simply wasn't acidic enough.

Very conveniently located for traveling to and from the Hauptbahnhof. 24H gym and sauna, though small is great for the jet lagged who can’t sleep.. The night staff switched on the sauna and gym equipment happily and promptly. The balcony room was quiet, clean and had all the conveniences for a short stay. Comfortable bed and fluffy pillows.

Even after requesting, I was given a room on the first floor right above the hotel entrance and my stay was hindered by street noise, cars and voices that came right into the room when I was trying to sleep jet lagged. What is the point of being a gold Marriott member if you canot even get your choice of a room not facing the street??? Also, I have stayed in many hotels around haubtanoff main station but this hotel is really located on an inside street that is not desirable to walk alone, especially at night. For the price of $400 a night when prices are doubled during trade shows, I will stay somewhere next time.

This hotel was near the main train station in Frankfurt which was very convenient. It was also really easy getting to from the airport using tram system. The inside was really nice and offered candy and snacks at the bar area. They were nice at the concierge and we felt very comfortable in our short stay here.

Really well managed boutique hotel in the heart of Frankfurt. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel has a small gym and a sauna. From 8 pm to 8 am you can park your car right outside on the street for free. As a member of Marriott Group, you get all the Bonvoy benefits. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Have been there more than once

We loved the design of the hotel. Really awesome! Great service and staff. Very close to the train station.
