Service was very poor. We had to beg for towels and wash cloths. And clean linen. I haven't gotten my 200$ deposit back.

Upon entering the hotel, it felt like no one wanted to check us in. Initial staff assisting with our check in just left during the check in. Then another staff came and asked if we had been helped. Second staff finished the check in process. Not sure what happened to the first staff. Upon check out, the response we got was “Oh you booked through ******* “. It’s like his facial expression changed.

This trip would have been much better, had the gal at check in was very rude, and just slammed our keycard on the counter! Never explaining anything, such as check out, breakfast, happy hour etc. I did notice the guy and gal behind the counter were constantly fighting with each other! Not very welcoming or professional.

Everything on our room had a layer of what looked like rust… the lamps, the fixtures, the lamp shades, etc. Every fixture was broken including the bars in the shower, shower handle, toilet paper holder. The room smelled horrible, like a mix of smoke and mildew. There were no cups and no soap for hand washing. Staff were friendly, but room was so bad we switched hotels the next day.

It’s definitely time for a renovation. Shower leaks, toilet leaks, rust on lamps, worn carpet, and beds are hard as bricks. Staff friendly and as clean as it can be given the condition.

Mediocre breakfast buffet.
No fresh fruit
Extremely limited bakery options
No.proteins but greasy sausage and powderd eggs. Not even a cup of yogurt.
I understand its included.
But other branches of Hampton Inn make an effort

This did not meet my general experience with Hampton inn properties. The hotel and rooms are worn. Not up to the clean and modern I generally experience with Hampton inns. The service was just ok. the vibe was lacking a welcoming and friendly reception. The staff were Not rude or anything. But they seem neutral when interacting with me. Again I have stayed in Hampton Inns previously and really like the welcoming environment and fresh and clean property. This location was average, which doesn't meet my standards for lodging.

Hotel is very strategically located. The parking garage and the facility maintain a high-level of safety. And of course the free full course breakfast is very nice
