距離銀座的Jimmy Choo大概步行2分鐘，從小路走出去就能看到。地理位置方便。樓下有羅森和family mart，如果真回來晚了，隨便買點吃的也方便。衞生間在同等日本酒店裡算大的了。總體非常滿意。

在原本相當滿意的酒店！早餐相當豐富！床品很舒服！窗簾也基本遮陰！位置也很不錯！樓下有葯粧，便利店！地鐵站！下樓就是！結果入住最後一晚居然遇到蟑螂！還會動！晚上通知酒店方！上來一個工程師，直接給我把蟑螂沖了！就跟我説可以延遲退房！我説不需要！酒店經理不僅不道歉，連露面都沒有！最後還是攜程出面！也很無語了！

衹有這個酒店不讓客人睡覺！！！
這個酒店必須在10：00am-1：30pm打掃房間，如果不配合，他們就電話吵你，工作人員上門吵你！總之就是不讓你休息！
我因為工作關係，晚上工作，白天睡覺需要睡到中午後。但是在這個酒店，工作人員沒有人理解！住了幾十年酒店第一次遇到這種情況！
（圖3的貼紙是沒用的！因為他們必須要親自進來檢查房間！）
如果你無法在中午前出門，讓他們打掃，千萬不要選這個酒店！
另外入住第一天就發現這個酒店打掃不乾淨！地上有挺多不知名的東西，還不如我自己打掃！

住過日本各地多家魯內酒店，這家坐落在銀座中心，離東京站距離很近，出門就是地鐵站，出入非常便捷，周圍商業繁華，大小商店林立。酒店客房寬敞，設施齊全，尤其喜歡魯內統一的衞生間風格。酒店服務周到，房間乾淨整潔，洗衣房也很不錯。

I first went the hotel to book they said no room I go out and book from trip.com they want refuse that’s why I did cancelled my booking the Indian man at the reception and one of the stuff are so rude and ****** they even ask me more 200 because on of my friend come talk to me at the hotel for 46 minutes I am unhappy with the staff

房間面積可以，很舒適，有很大的窗户，空調效果很好！主要是地理位置比較好，下樓就是商場和美食！乘坐地鐵很方便，去東京站衹有985米，走走10分鐘！酒店大堂在三樓，溝通很方便，借用物品兑換現金、免費的化粧用品都有，男士刮鬍子刀也有，非常可以！
洗衣服務在8樓，300元日幣是水洗，500是乾洗，桶自潔1分鐘，洗衣液洗衣機自帶。
房間安靜，雖然鬧市區，很安靜！
每三天打掃一次房間，你也可以要求天天打掃
被褥很舒適！棉織品很貼近皮膚！這個很贊，比心齋橋橋樑酒店好多了！
