I ask for the 1st floor and they put on the thrid floor i almost fell down the steps because i have too bad knees and they are weak. Plus the room was a mess ceiling was coming down .plus roches .plus it looks like a kid painted the room

Do NOT STAY AT THIS NASTY ROACH MOTEL. LET'S JUST SAY YOU'LL BE INVADING THE ROACHES HOME!! COULDN'T EVEN SLEEP BECAUSE THE ROACHES OF EVERY DIFFERENT SIZE WAS LITERALLY GIVING E OUT OF THE WOODWORKS!! NASTY

The room was in terrible shape. The room was not vacuumed or dusted. There were cigarette burns on the sheets and drapes and everything reeked of smoke. The sheets were also in tatters because they were threadbare. The lock on the door leading outside was not secure. There was no breakfast provided and no staff anywhere to be seen in the morning. I find it hard to believe that Wyndham puts their name on this because obviously they have never been to check it out

If maintained better i ould be nice works are professional and ver polite, and helpful. Owners need to invest more into remodeling and high pest control.

I had bed bugs bites on my first night and the room was smelling a lot. Right after i bought up to the staff and management they provided me a new room which was good they were super friendnly. But any way if i stop considering my first bad day for the rest of the days i would say the room was decent with the price what i spent.
