酒店比較新，設施齊全，停車方便，門口是一個較大的停車場，房間的供暖給力。對面有幾家本地特色的菜館，很方便。房間很大，床很舒服。礦泉水不限量，早餐的種類不算多。熱水較足，獨立的淋浴間。用品的配置也講究。網速也比較快。雙床房在靠小區一側，不會感受到外面的聲音。

過年開車回家，訂了這家酒店，半夜三點半床頭金屬裝飾條竟然脱落掉了下來，圖裡的照片大家自己看，離我的頭部很近，説白了運氣好沒有掉到臉上，裝飾條的材質應該是鋁合金的，內麪及其鋒利，用手拿絕對劃傷，可想而知掉到臉上是什麼後果，其他位置的裝束條也已經鬆動了。我們一晚上就根本不敢睡了，前台一個小姑娘都已經睡覺了，也不好意思叫人家起來給我們換房間，想着第二天早晨再説，我第二天要跑長途，一晚上沒怎麼睡6點多就要出發。酒店挨着一家足療店，看名字應該是一個老闆，房間其他所有的事情我都可以忍，但是安全問題絕對不能忍受，這麼明顯的安全隱患竟然沒有排查整治，還給客人安排這種房間，最後就是把房費退了不了了之，甚至還想取消我的訂單，我一晚上沒休息，外加耽誤了我第二天的行程，這個責任誰來負？

酒店服務特別好，地理位置優越，有免費的停車位，套房房間很大，外面是一個小客廳還有沙發冰箱，有家的感覺，早餐不想下來吃還可以送到房間前台小姐姐服務特別好👍下次還會再來！值得推薦

這是一家新酒店，也是一家我在北方住過最人性化的酒店，超讚！我們一起3個人，本來下單是含2份早餐的，我告訴酒店早餐多少錢一位，前台回答：先生，您定的是含餐喲！我説我們同行是3人，前台直接免費送了一份早餐，我以前在別的酒店住都是給了20一位的。酒店都是全智能的，躺在床上喊小愛同學，幫您搞定一切

酒店位置很好，就在汾陽西高速口邊上，免費停車位，免費早餐，早餐服務很周到，還可以免費給你送導房間，這樣也不用我們下樓，非常不錯，酒店服務也很好！隨叫隨到，酒店每個員工都是微笑面對，笑嘻嘻的，特別是房間都小愛同學，給你操作了全部，聽説是汾陽首家智能酒店，很不錯，值得推薦

設施：公共區域：室內設有電梯，方便長者小孩上下。有大型書桌、餐桌以及古箏，鋼琴，温馨有情調。每個房間均設有三匹大格力空調以及全自動洗衣機。
衞生：衞生狀況為夫妻倆打掃，房間內地板、床單、被罩乾淨無異味，無蚊蟲蒼蠅。
環境：整棟樓位於五家台區最角落，環境幽靜，空氣良好。房屋南面及東面設有十個停車位。可以停放大型車輛。房屋北面為農田，緊挨雲台山。
服務：為人和善。善於溝通，尤其是談到雲台山旅遊攻略的時候，能夠提出非常好的建議，對本人幫助極大。

入住時候床品上有不知名毛髮
然後關於早餐 説是7.30開始
我7.20到達餐廳 服務員也開始上餐品了
我詢問是否可以拿兩個煮雞蛋 我着急出發
被告知不可以 其實無可厚非
但是我剛出門 就看見服務員就餐了…就很無語
