Couldn’t ask for a better hotel stop. We travel for business with an RV and this hotel was very reasonably priced, especially for California. There was easy well-lit parking and the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The property was very well-kept with beautiful landscaping and foliage. Clean and up-to-date room, good breakfast, and dog-friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Went to Napa, but the hotel there is very expensive and the rooms are not good. It is not far to come here, but it is cost-effective. The hotel is located in the middle of a newly built small mall, next to a gas station and a small supermarket. This small town is not big. It takes only ten minutes to drive to a big mall. Shopping is very convenient and there are not many people. The hotel room facilities are just like a motel, clean.

Front desk guy is amazing the guy in general other employees are okay the new girls amazing she's trying so hard which I appreciate from this guy will definitely need your needs only thing I don't like is that their prices when you walk in and not the same as the online prices which means that you would want to book if you are a member the rooms are very clean definitely not like the motel 6 up the street which I will never go to again other than that the hotel is amazing make sure if you're paying cash though you have the $200 deposit which I don't understand why if you're paying with the card they need $100 deposit on top of that why can't they just put your card on file like anywhere else but I love it there

This was my very first time at this hotel and to my surprise I was treated very rudely. upon arrival Pearl kept telling me that my reservation couldn't be granted because I was not an Elite member even though I have already paid and had a text message saying my room was ready. She also asked me how many breakfast did I need and I let her know one is on the reservation so 1 would be fine clearly a question that did not need to be asked because it was buffet style. she was very judging of me and made me feel very uncomfortable I don't think I would ever get a room at this hotel again. I was here simply for a birthday getaway and she made the check-in horrible and very difficult. She told me that the hotel did not do early check-in and that there were no more rooms on the fourth floor which I had previously reserved days ago. After coming downstairs explaining that I was in a room with less amenities and on second floor, different than I reserved she act like I was doing something wrong and being rude where I felt to apologize to her when she actually should have been apologizing to me. Pearl gave me eye rolling as though she had an attitude for a reason I do not know. She kept repeating herself saying that check-in was at 3 p.m. but I reserved early check-in and was notified that the room was ready. She went into the computer and told me that she had to move a guy named Peter and put me there and kept hushing up the other receptionist as though no one should know that I was going to the 4th floor. She made like she was doing me a favor and that I wasn't supposed to be there. She made a lot of commentary during the check in that was very rude comments. When I finally checked into the room on the fourth floor it was exactly the room that I had reserved for my birthday for some reason she wanted to give it to someone else and gave me a bunch of grief of over it
