We hosted the Villagio for the second time. In 2023 we had a fair experience, hosting, attention, feeling in a family environment! Officials from all areas are ready to meet us and day by day show true concern about our well-being. Now in 2024 we return and we were received again with much care, there is the sincere link we created in coexistence and the will to return becomes increasingly greater. The hotel has been improved, but they are open to dialogue and it is our responsibility to understand all aspects, because everyone is committed to providing the necessary support to any need we can have. We have an old pet, with a need for differentiated care, from all places we already know, in the Villagio we found a differential in this sense, their presence in the environments allowed there brought us a huge tranquility, because We can rest, enjoy the week and at the same time, give the due attention and maintain the care she needs every day, without any change in routine and with the same quality! We recommend and use in many other opportunities, besides location being a very favourable point, short travel is what we have sought recently! As a structure then, a real paradise!!!

Although very well located , close to Morumbi Shopping Mall, the parking lot is a mess, either arriving or when exiting or leaving. There's no place to park, and there are not enough valet parking personnel to attend. Waiting more than 1 hour to park the car, and more than 30 min to receive the car when leaving, and at a very high price. The Hotel is fine, apartment was very COLD, no heating on air conditioner, and when asked at front desk, they provided a ripped blanked ( packed and Clean) but we have to ask for 2 instead. Bathroom in fair and old condition, towels and soap were not bad, but looked like a very cheap motel style stuff. The shower is good and hot, however my wife had issues to shower without wetting her hair, as the shower was on the ceiling. Mattress was old and deformed demanding a new one. My spine did not liked it. Breakfast is good, Juices we're fair, fruits were fresh, but the bread could be fresher, some of them were very hard to eat. Coffe were good at coffee machines. Sound at Cafeteria could be better selected for a morning breakfast, with a lounge light selection and not a heavy rock instead.

This hotel was the first Wyndham in Brazil, and it is noticeable in the rooms and mainly in the bathroom, especially the shower could be a little better, and the liquid shampoos and sabbles could stop less. Breakfast is very good, it has good cost/benefit compared to other hotels in the region and, if you are in car, it has the advantage of being outside the rodízio area.

The room with a pleasant bed. What I always see is amazing is the bathroom shower, the bathroom is always spectacular. I think they have taken the items from the minibar after the pandemic because it is empty! Air conditioned with good. New teams still on training, but they are doing their best! I'll come back more times!

Infrastructure and cleaning, excellent. There is a very good and tasty breakfast. Parking is paid due to the infrastructure of the shopping centre. Perhaps the hotel could have a space inside the parking space to avoid paying the parking days.

I go to São Paulo every month for my graduation, among several hotels the go in presented a good cost benefit with fat breakfast and what made me choose to always return to him: maleable. Travel times to return to the bh are always from 20h to 21h p.m., so I booked 1/2 daily to rest and leave the hotel around 19h. This time I came with a companion, who commented that the reception was extremely rude with him when he went pay the half-day. When I asked if, as every other time I could stay a little over time (I paid a day average and would stay 7h) the receptionist refused, said that could not, I asked if I could stay at least until 18:20, The same was extremely rude and said we would stay until 18h and asked what number of the room. While we were in the room a cocktailer hit, asking for us to call at the reception because our time had expired (it was 15h), I had to go down, explain again to the same receptionist saying I paid the half-day, and he was always big. Every month I come to sp and, wearable hotels that allow me to stay 30min to more make every difference since this gives me the greatest safety to get closer to the bus starting time, staying less time on the road, extremly dangerous place.

The room was clean, basic, air-conditioned, flat screen, few channels, I felt missing boxes, a reasonable breakfast, a machine coffee that I especially don't like, had butter and bread was often finished. The hotel is a good location near shopping and local shopping.
