I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my visit was pleasant and comfortable. From the front desk attendants who provided a warm welcome and efficient check-in, to the housekeeping team who kept my room spotless, every interaction I had with your employees was positive. They demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction that made my stay truly enjoyable. Please pass along my sincere thanks to the entire staff. The ONLY compliment I have is that the staff is very friendly and polite. Find another option if you are a foreigner. This hotel is too busy and not worth the price you pay if you want to have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. Firstly, we booked a room with the bay view and we were deceived by the old pictures that the hotel had on this platform. There is NO bay view, only sand and construction. Do not book any room with a bay view, you are wasting your money for a view that does not exist. The first room had a clogged shower that flooded with the first shower. We immediately asked for a room change and had to wait for an hour in the lobby for a new room to be issued. The first room did not have anything that we could watch only chinese shows. The second room surprisingly had youtube and more options available on the tv. The floors were dirty and the rooms are not very clean. The hotel is overcrowded during weekends and the elevators are very inefficient with very long waiting times. The pool is always crowded with people so do not let the pictures fool you. The breakfast is very limited and if you do not go early everything gets finished and you have very limited options during busy times. Weird smells on the first floor especially where there is a carpet and the tiles are always slippery and dirty and not cleaned very often. Checking in takes a very long time too. We also had a bad experience at the cafe on the penthouse floor. We went to have supper after 8 at night and waited a long time to be served only to be told that the food we wanted to order was not being served at that time. Very frustrating experience and bad service. The surrounding area is beautiful outside the hotel. But if you want a peaceful and quiet holiday then this is not the place you would want to stay.

Clean rooms, beautiful hotel and attentive staff. Only spend a few hours overnight on a transit but hope to stay again here in future to fully experience all amenities and services.

It was a great staycation! Breakfast is good but I hope they could improve more on the variety of breakfast dishes.

At first glance, the hotel seems nice and high tech. The hotel reception isn’t on the ground floor which I feel is badly designed because you have no concierge service to help get taxis etc. and instead the guards were more helpful. The ground floor really smelled of sewage covered by really strong signature smell of lime. The carpets in the hallways and room are really dirty and need a good hoovering. The bay is being developed and they are under construction all around so in a year or two I think the views will be really bad. The bathroom was big and spacious!

We had 5 rooms booked in total. Bayside buffet - breakfast is nice though limited selection of main dishes. Smell - there's an unpleasant smell near bayside buffet, ground floor, like sewer smell. But other part of the hotel is fine. Room - a bit small, balcony isnt clean, ac not working properly, we got the deluxe rooms btw. Infinity Pool - too crowded, not enough space to lounge on. not heated pool, so yeah its cold. Skylounge/deck - good vibes. Dj ended her sesh early, around 9pm, no more DJ. Just soundtripping.

For the facilities gym are ok for pool the deck too small , for food we eat breakfast buffet menus are few only to improved the taste

Quite, clean buffet breakfast is good.
