This place was awful. There is a phone to communicate to hotel staff, but when the fire alarm went off...we couldn't get a hold of anybody from the hotel. We tried for an hour, eventually we had an hotel guest call the fire brigade, even they couldn't get a hold of the hotel so they had to break some things. If you have loved ones and small children don't go here because it is dangerous. I am a nurse and was scared that if it was something serious....the whole place would have burned down.
Also, Every door opening and closing was heavy and hard...sounding like it's right inside your room. Awful

This is not your place if you’re checking at night. There is no email from the hotel management about checking in instructions and we were stranded without the keys given for more than an hour. The reception number, although it says 24/7, it took me nearly an hour to get hold of them. The shower in the room that was assigned to us wasn’t working at all. At this point I didn’t bother getting hold of the reception because I just wanted to stay the night and get out of this place.

They didn't change the towels for a single day and to top it all off they didn't even place a paper for the bathroom. Also, to check in was a headache since they didn't give me the correct code

The place is centrally located with most of the city's attractions within a £10 taxi ride. The place is pretty basic 2ith clean beds and hot showers. There is no reception and you enter using a key code which will either be WhatsApped or emailed to you. Please call in advance in case you did not get the key code details to avoid last minute surprises.

Since my family cannot walk up stairs, I left a message when booking a room, hoping to be placed on the underground floor. However, I was still placed on the highest floor of the hotel, and the hotel does not have an elevator. The hotel does not have a check-in counter or staff. When checking in, you need to check your identity with the hotel staff over the phone, but the process is very complicated. I communicated at the hotel door for nearly half an hour before I could successfully check in.
Since there was no staff in the hotel, the shower suddenly stopped flowing while I was taking a shower. After some communication, the staff said that there was nothing they could do and they could not repair it. So I had to wait for nearly half of the day naked and wet in the cold weather. Hours later, I was so cold that I fell ill with a cold.
