The room was cleaned but the buildings and surroundings are in the state of disrepair. There are trashes all around the buildings and it seems that long term residents live in the facility with kids throwing things at each other in the entrance areas. Fences around the property are falling apart and part of the parking areas are full of holes with ****s growing all over the place.

Area, as most near the airport, a little sketchy. It’s about 10 minutes away, but they do have a free shuttle. Room wa quiet and comfortable.

I was charged for a King Suite Room and did not receive that. I was given room 223 which is a standard room. I explained to the staff and inquired about why that was the case with no resolve.

The front desk gentleman didn’t seem to know how the suttle worked. After a 12h flight, I was super tired and just wanted to rest. It took me more than an hour to get to the airport because he couldn’t give me the correct information on where the shuttle would be waiting. I dont recommend this hotel at all, it was a terrible experience

Our room was clean enough. Very much a quick stay type of place. We had to stay a night to catch a super early flight and it was good for that. The staff was very friendly! It just didn’t seem to be in a great area.
