If you are with children, it is recommended to choose a parent-child room with a balcony. The child can sleep in the bed and can sleep on tatami mats, which is very spacious. They receive guests personally (maybe the employees are on vacation during the New Year). There is a seating area and children's entertainment equipment in the front hall of the hotel, making it feel like home. There were also foreigners checking in, and the boss communicated with them in fluent English. We immediately felt like they were in line with international standards. Our guest room was on the second floor.
