The location is very central, very close to Burj Khalifa, and you can see it from the room. The service attitude is very good. The waiters in the lobby, upstairs restaurant, and swimming pool are all very friendly. The children had a lot of fun in the swimming pool, and the breakfast was also very satisfying. I seldomly visit cabana but every time they never fail to meet the expectations I have on mind.First thing I was hesitant to order for foods since they’ve change the menu but what a surprise Foods were really really the best it’s a modern middle eastern.Drinks by Subash were refreshing and beautifully presented,Shisha guy reyad was not hesitant to check if our shisha still okay. Overall Kamala and Atta are the best in providing the service and thanks to Chef Sworup and Chef Narendra for amazing foods.

We had a tricky check in arrived after check in time and both of our rooms were not ready, the lady on reception tried to sell me an upgrade instead, we are Diamond members and this was never acknowledged, nor any free upgrade offered. Instead she muddled through trying to sell me an upgrade. This was sorted out by the duty manager and we were offered a free dinner as an apology. The rooms are exactly as pictured online, lovely, calming and everything works. Shower pressure and ac are both good. We had a lovely Easter egg gifted and they also provided a little tent for our youngest to play in, very thoughtful. We booked a corner suite and a twin room. The pool area is small but it is a city hotel rather than a resort hotel and our children enjoyed it. Breakfast has a decent selection of food, although coffee service is a little slow.

Very good hotel, there happened to be a Hong Kong girl Alice serving us, thank you for this 21-year-old girl with glasses. The breakfast is good, there are shrimp siu mai, very delicious! There are a lot of people in the hotel, and it is very close to the Museum of the Future.

It's a pretty good hotel, and the best thing about it is the location. There is an elevator at the door leading to the breakfast restaurant, which can go directly to DUBAI MALL, but it requires a long walk. The hotel is in Khalifa Tower, so the area is definitely limited, but the bed is good, the pillows are good, the internet is good, and the breakfast is OK. The service is very good, the sanitation is fast and clean.

Perfect! Ms. Rica at the reception was warm and welcoming, Ms. Riany at the tour desk was simply a delight, the breakfast staff at TGIF, mostly Filipinos, are friendly and very courteous, specifically Mr. Joem at the coffee bar. Cleaning staff, Dilip and Abbas are extremely efficient and are very generous with our request for more coffee, water and tea. Pool guys are very attentive with the needs of guests - water, towel, umbrella. Book a room facing Burj Khalifa and stare at its wonder the minute you wake up and fall asleep staring at its beauty. Rove Downtown is truly a home away from home!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, we came from a 5 star hotel in Dubai Downtown to Rove City walk and honestly this hotel I loved even more than the 5 star one. The breakfast is incredible, you not only get a buffet breakfast but you can pick items from the private menu, I was getting the Açai bowls and smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on sourdough! I would do anything to wake up to that breakfast at right now, I honestly think from now on this will be my go-to hotel. Absolutely loved it and the staff are soo accommodating and helpful, anything you need they will provide! Thank you Rove Team
