Sofitel Dubai Downtown

The breakfast was ok but the staffs payed more attention to family then couples with was not nice

Breakfast was awesome, close to metro Burj Khalifa station.

Beautiful hotel; wonderful service. The room especially the bathroom is very spacious. I think that is the biggest bathroom I ever had. I will definitely stay again once I am back in Dubai.

I stay in Sofitel Dubai for 6 days for this trip, it make me feel like home. Room is very cozy and clean. They always prepare for good sleep by put camomile tea on the bedside table. Good amenities and plenty of water replace every day. The bed is very good make me have a deep sleep and wake up with nice view of Berj Kalifa, that’s brilliant

I then stayed at the hotel for 9 nights, and every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably maintained, the facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring Dubai. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—every staff member was professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome. The breakfast was fantastic, the atmosphere throughout the hotel was luxurious yet comfortable, and the attention to detail was evident in everything they did. After spending more than a week there, I can confidently say this hotel is absolute perfection. I would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class experience in Dubai.
