All stuff was friendly and good behavior  Only we faced small issue for the curtain inside bathroom needs to be fixed but they tried already , unfortunately it didnt fix  In general everything was good and will repeat it for sure

The hotel is new and modern; however, my stay was severely affected by multiple room defects and poor service handling. The hair dryer in the bathroom was defective, with the cover broken. When I reported this, the engineer came but was unable to fix it and advised me to hold the exposed wire while using the hair dryer, which is a serious safety hazard and i got shock once. Additionally, the room phone was intermittently not working and could only be used on loudspeaker. As a result, I had to walk down to the lobby every time I needed assistance, which was extremely inconvenient. The complimentary shuttle bus service was also poorly managed. The concierge staff emphasized that the shuttle was “not under their control” and that any issues were not their responsibility. I was told to wait and that an announcement would be made when the bus arrived. I ended up waiting for more than 50 minutes, with no announcement and no staff present to assist. There was no communication or support provided at all. Overall, while the property looks new, the lack of maintenance, safety concerns, and poor service coordination made this stay unacceptable. Will not book with them again.

From the moment we contacted JW Marriott Marquis Dubai before our trip until the day we checked out, the service was outstanding. We had requested a baby crib in advance, and the team went above and beyond by surprising our daughter with balloons, a personalized coloring book, and adorable camel plush toys. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special. Every evening, we returned to chocolate-covered dates in our room, and the hotel even prepared little surprises for the parents as well. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, plenty of closet space, a comfortable sofa, excellent amenities, and a fantastic view. What impressed us most was the genuine care and attention to detail from the staff. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Location & Transportation: Pros: It's a 15-minute walk from the metro station. Don't follow the navigation; it'll take you the long way around. Just head straight in the direction of your destination, trust me, you can walk there. Cons: There are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. If you want to eat or shop, you'll need to go to Dubai Mall, which is a 30-minute walk away. Room Experience: The room is tiny. Once you open a 28-inch suitcase, there's barely enough room to stand. The bed is very narrow, probably less than 1 meter wide. The desk space is also small, which is tough when traveling with many small items; you constantly have to tidy up. Amenities: The restaurant is fantastic! They offer special à la carte dishes (one per person per day). We stayed three nights and ordered something different every day, all of which were good. There's also a wide variety of other buffet items, so we always had a full breakfast. The gym is amazing and far superior to hotels of similar caliber in China. The pool isn't huge but looks nice. Overall Impression: The value for money isn't great. The room being so small was quite disappointing, but the public facilities are all good. The location is still a bit far from the metro.

The Gevora Hotel is a lovely hotel, very well located, close to downtown Dubai and the Museum of the Future. There's also a metro station just a few steps away, making it super convenient for getting around Dubai's attractions. The room we were given on the 27th floor was very spacious and comfortable. Although the views were to one side of the building, given the hotel's height, you could still get great city views. The beds were comfy, the sheets clean, and the pillows were also comfortable. Our room had a kitchen, but in reality, you can only use the fridge as cooking isn't allowed in the apartment. However, it's useful if you want to bring in pre-made food or drinks. The breakfast was comprehensive and varied with different food selections; it just needed a little more fruit, but that's a minor detail. The only annoying thing was the construction noise around the hotel, which barely stops for a few hours in the early morning. But this is a constant issue in most Dubai hotels; there's construction everywhere, and it's hard to escape the noise. Another thing we suggested to the hotel is to renovate the carpets as they looked worn or stained in some places. Everything else was good. The pool and gym area were very nice and offered beautiful city views.

Sometimes when people from the UK and perhaps Europe see the brand Novotel they may consider it being one of the less Premium brands however let me assure you the quality of the hotel the property facilities and especially the staff and those supporting the customer facing colleagues is absolutely superb, That said, and in my particular case, I use this hotel because it is connected to the WTC which offers immediate access into the same without stepping outside. I have been coming here for a great many years and will continue

The room was pretty decent for being in the city. We booked the half-board option, choosing breakfast and dinner. However, there was a discrepancy regarding dinner; the front desk and the restaurant staff told us different things. We were initially told both the second and third-floor restaurants were options. When we went to the second floor, they said no, and it took some back-and-forth communication to resolve it. Then, at the third-floor restaurant, they also said no, despite the front desk confirming it was fine. We went back to the third-floor restaurant, and again, they refused. Isn't this something that should be synchronized internally within the hotel?

A fantastic hotel with excellent facilities and attentive service. The rooms were spotless, and the overall environment was very comfortable. Having the option of a smoking room was a huge advantage and made my stay much more enjoyable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Best hotel Ive stay in Dubai. Very modern, clean, and the rooms were big. The staffs were not really passionate, but for the ambiance，its a 10/10. The breakfast was not so abundant， but everything’s quite nice there. Especially the location, its very convenient, near the tourists spots, and its suitable for night city walk.

The biggest issue with this hotel was definitely the housekeeping. Despite the good location in Dubai Marina, the cleanliness standards were consistently disappointing and affected the overall experience. We repeatedly found stains on the bed linen and had to request multiple replacements. Dust was not properly removed in several areas, which made the room feel poorly maintained. Even towels sometimes came with visible stains, which was quite unpleasant and not what you expect from a hotel in this category. Overall, the hygiene issues were hard to ignore.
